I have to say I had a good experience working with River City Environmental. I was expecting to have some "unexpected" or "additional" unforeseen charges as was my experience working with a competitor "speedy" company. River City surpassed my expectations. The tech was efficient, on-time and gave some good feedback to avoid the issues in the future.

Fast, efficient, reliable. They did what they said they would, when they said they would do it, for the cost they quoted. We will use them again.

A huge thanks to the crew at River City Environmental. In spite of a very busy schedule, Mark and Mike arrived in a timely manor and had the problem under control. Felipe had originally pumped the tank for us, then Mark was out for the initial line jetting. Today the finishing touch to a messed up system put us back in working order. Thanks again to the knowledgeable professionals at River City. If you have problems, they are the ones to call.

Many thanks to Russ and Oscar for a fine job. Russ was very helpful in the problems with my sewer system. The previous company that came out were just after money and they did not diagnose the problem correctly. They were a total waste of time and money.

When the pipe between my house and septic tank cracked, I solicited estimates and River City had the fairest price. Russ Johnson was on site the next morning and made the repairs. I especially appreciate his professionalism and the time he spent to explain the problem and his approach to the solution. It seems that the original installer had not put in the pipe to code. Thanks again Russ for a job well done.

I can't say enough great things about Marc Sallaint at RCE. We had a sewer leak or blockage at home and called the other big ""Rooter"" service thinking they would diagnose and solve our problem quickly and easily. Well come to find out they went right for the throat and didn't attempt any of the normal diagnostic procedures. Instead, they said it must be that our line was disconnected from the city sewer and would have to dig a 15 foot hole in the middle of my street and the bill would be $12,000 again they assured me this was the problem. A friend referred us to RCE for a 2nd opinion. RCE sent us Marc. Our new hero! Marc came out and got right to work doing all the standard diagnostics to be sure of the problem. Come to find out, it was just a large blockage that he cleared with his hydro water jet and blades. Our line was connected to the sewer just fine. So much for the other big ""Rooter"" Co. Thank goodness we found Marc and RCE. We're customers for life!

I was very shocked when one of there drivers rolled down the hill and ran into me when I was stoped at a stop light at Scholls ferry and Hall. He denied that he was responsible and lied about it to the insurance company and said that I hit him as I was going up the hill. Unfortunately I had no witness and his insurance company did not want to pay for my bumper and believed him. I am very disappointed at this company and there drivers. I was at no at fault at this accident, and should not have to pay for their mistake.Thank You for listening Jo Anna Link

Russ and Oscar responded immediately to my call for help with my septic problem. They did a fantastic job of diagnosing the problem then fixing my main drain from the house to the septic tank. They can't be beat for efficiency, professionalism, and strong ""can do"" attitude. This is the second time Russ has helped me out (last year it was the septic tank itself) and while I hope not to see him again anytime soon (lol) I have no hesitation in recommending River City Environmental

Just wanted to thank River City for such a great job they done on cleaning our drains at our 400 Unit Retirement home at Town Center Village, a very prompt person was send over and he knew his job well.
I was watching Rusmir how he was doing his job, on a timely manner and so well done they look like new after.
As we signed the papers he was truely professional person.
I as The Director of M.T. I was surprised for the excellent job and will be contacting River City services again when in need.

I'd like to thank River City Environmental for the quality work they performed for us this summer.
We had a city mandated sedimentation man hole installed at our Portland location, right in front on our front door. We were worried about our customers not being able to get in the shop, or being scared off by the construction going on.
The foreman, Russ, took care of that problem by making walkways for people to move in and out. He started the project before we opened and knew what he was doing which made the project go even faster. It was completed before the scheduled deadline. The job was done right and passed all of the city inspections.

Russ and oscer did a great job we had a pump installed they came out to check the oporation of it they had to do a air check before they went down in the hole to check out the float and the componets. i will say it again Russ and Oscer did a great job Thanks for the fast service will use them again

My septic system was filled to the brim and started to flood my basement with sewage. I called River City and talked with very friendly people/dispatchers and they had someone right out for me. The man they sent out was very professional and informative. He communicated with me every step of the way and explained how things worked and why I was getting backed up. There was a repair to the system that needed to be made and he called it in for me and scheduled it, VERY convenient. :) They came back the next scheduled day and did the repair work and everything was good again. I would DEFINITELY use River City again!

We have had repeated issues trying to get a plumbing problem resolved with River City. It seems that their ability to follow-through and provide the service they promise is mired down in internal management issues. We are still trying to work with this to resolve the issue, but I will say that if we had to do it over again, we would choose to go somewhere else.

Pumping your septic tank is ok by this company but if you need any further work I would steer clear. We had problems with their knowledge and experience causing us to spend money to not. In addition their billing was extremely questionable, double billing, charges incorrect from day to day the same service had different charges . Even their own staff couldn't figure it out. We fired them and had to hire another company to finish the work. The owner dit rebate a portion of the money but even at that we were not happy because they couldn't prove the charges were accurate
