Right Way Roofing

The company projection style is good and, I don’t know how it works because when I got leaks in my roof, I used EPDM Roofingbefore ten years. Till now I did not have the problem again.

Also read the bad review on the Better Business Bureau's website click here http://burningmanorbust.com/terribleroofingcompany/ Right way came to my Condo association and did not do enough preliminary core samples checks to see what the original condition of the roof was then we received a bid and they began working on the job. Later they discovered the roof was a lot different than they thought this was because they did not do the job correctly and should have performed several core roof checks and taken more samples of the existing roof! Now it is going to cost more than originally planned and all the home owners may be stuck with more cost and really poor quality work; take a look at the pictures using the link above. This company is doing something which most roofing companies would never consider doing; they are attaching new wood next to rotted wood. It may have been done because our Condo association couldn't afford to replace rotted wood beams however the roofing company must have really needed the contact but I believe this is breaking roofing code standards and a roofing code violation at the very least it is a REALLY BAD roofing practice. The company talked how difficult and how serious the issues were with our existing roof; if that is the case the company should not have taken the project on to begin with and clearly they should have done more pretest to determine what the project would encompass. This company left trash everywhere like staples; nails; rocks, all over my backyard and front patio area as well. The owners seems to be hung up on the fact that my back patio was locked but doesn't seem concerned about the front yard area; and the really odd thing with my back patio is that I spoke with one of the contractors before I left on vacation (I could not leave my gate unlocked during vacation) and the contractor on the job said "no problem we will use a ladder to clean up" which of course never happened until I complained. Also I did not think having the gate locked would be an issue and using a ladder to clean up since they were already using a ladder on my back patio to install the roof and to do work. The owner uses the excuse that they tried calling me to talk which is strange because I'm not sure who they tried calling but it was NOT me; this sounds like an excuse or cop-out as if they are saying, "Hey work was not done well or we don't have to clean up, since we are not able to reach you on the phone to talk." the reality is they should never need to call a customer at all instead; work should have been done correctly to begin with and cleanup should have been done right away and they should never need to contact a customer if things are done correctly and done right in the first place. The company installed flashing unevenly and it needed to be redone; they nailed and installed the flashing however later they said they were are not responsible for installing the flashing; this is very confusing; it still has not been explained who is actually responsible for installing the flashing. Even though their workers installed the flashing; very strange. Lori did not specifically address the poor quality of work instead she described how great the company was and even after using photo illustrations I had to explain several times what the specific issues were. A terrible looking damaged 2x4 board was used (it contained a lot of missing wood pieces; see the photo in the link...

Starting with their estimate, which was very concise, I knew exactly what to expect. The most informative of any I have ever received. The appointment date was set and they arrived as scheduled. Very friendly and hard working employees that any company would like to have. I'm very pleased with the work on the roof and the clean-up after the work was completed. I highly recommend Right-Way Roofing.

i live in Gilbert and have a tile roof and flat patio roof. My house is about 18 years old. I started getting leaks on ceiling of South side of house. My neighbor had some roof repairs done by Right Way Roofing and she was very satisfied so i got their phone number. A gentleman came to my home, on time i might add, and inspected my roof. He pulled tiles and showed me pictures of my felt underlayment paper ( which i discovered is what keeps the water out of my home ). The felt on South side of house was in pretty bad shape and the north side is ok for now. They replaced the south side underlayment with a very strong lifetime product and 10 year no leak guarantee. This was a relief since now i'm able to budget and save to do North side in next few years. He inspected the patio rolled roof which i had done about 8 years ago and determined it still has a couple more years of life left. Right Way Roofing sent out some terrific guys to do my roof. They were very clean and polite. It was very refreshing that they were not pushy at trying to get me to do the whole house, only the part that truly needed it. I am now able to budget for my future roof needs. They kept me informed throughout the whole process so there were no surprises. Very pleasant experience, i highly recommend this company for anyone who needs a good quality roofer.

Terrific job Right Way Roofing. They handled all my roofing needs, we just had to do the hard part, picking out the roof shingle color :) . We live in Mesa Az and had that big hail storm just over 2 years ago. There were door knocker "kids" running around saying to hurry and have our roof done before insurance deadline ran out. i found out that they were from out of state - storm chasers ! We thought it was all a scam and ignored them. I overheard my grocery store clerk talking about her roof and she said she just had her shingle and patio roof done by Right Way Roofing and that it was a hail claim. I called Right Way Roofing, Inc. and they came out on time with a professional who inspected our roof and identified hail damage. We called for claim adjuster and Right Way met them on the roof. Our roof was approved, Right way handled all the details with the insurance company, and we got our new shingle roof and modified rolled flat patio roof done for the out of pocket cost of our deductible only. This was after the so called 2 year deadline. We are impressed and glad we can share our experience. It was also nice supporting our local valley community roofing contractor.

Our patio foam roof was leaking and my neighbor told me about Right Way Roofing , Inc. They were having problems with their composition shingle roof and patio flat roof after the hail storms. I remember these outfits knocking on doors selling roofs - later found out they were storm chasers from out of state - and scaring my neighbors about how insurance was time limited and you had to act now. what a scam. My neighbor called Right way Roofing because his brother told him about them. I had them come out to my home and inspect it. They identified hail damage over the entire roof. I called my insurance and Right Way Roofing met with our claim adjuster. They handled everything patiently and professionally. We got a new roof for the cost of our deductible. The roof looks fantastic , the workers were very efficient and clean and most important doesn't leak anymore !!! I also liked that they are a family owned company third generation here in Mesa AZ. . We like to support our valley's small businesses .

I was so pleased with Right Way that I would recommend them to my family. Not only were they professional but walked me through the process and made it easier to deal with me insurance company, which was fastly becoming a nightmare. I was very disappointed with this company; I called for a week trying to get a quote and all I got was a run around. When they finally came out three weeks later, to look at my roof, the estimator stepped on some of my tiles and broke them, then quoted me more for the damage he caused; if you would ask me to recomend a company to you, this is not the company!!!The company I would recommend is "The Roofing Company Inc." They came out and quoted my roof, gave me a great price, and finished all my repairs with in that same week. They are an honest company and left me so satisfied!!!

Previous roofers had destroyed the tile as it would take too long to take it off and reset it for us. I had no idea that was the deal when we hired them. Right Way reroofed it April 2007. It has been great to have the Monsoons come and NO Leaks!! They also found some real second hand tile they had taken off someone's roof and for the price of the labor they gave it to us. It matches our adobe buff block perfectly and I'm happy to have mission tile back on my roof! Had a friend whose house needs roofing and I had told them about The Right Way Roofers and thought I needed to write this for them. Johnnie Clark is wonderful to help make things right in this economy.

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Right Way Roofing after a year long struggle with my home warranty and four other roofing companies. Our roof is flat and we were chasing leaks for over nine months. Repairs did not solve our problem and we had ceilings starting to fall down. We finally contacted out insurance company and filed a claim. I found Right Way Roofing by accident as a good friend gave me a glowing word of mouth referral. I was skeptical until I met the owner, Johnnie Clark. He came and gave me a candid and forthright estimate. He worked with my claims adjuster and determined that our entire roof needed to be replaced as one substandard roof had been applied over another substandard roof. To make matters worse, the roof was covered in mold and over 90% of the plywood was rotted. This family-owned business was professional from estimate to completion.Knowledgeable and interested in all aspects of roofing, they are fair priced. We replaced a 50-yr-old leaky shake roof with beautiful dimensional asphalt shingles and are very pleased with the quality workmanship and product aesthetics. All very nice people to deal with. Rightway Roofing performed repairs on my home and got rid of my leaks! I have had other roofing companies out to fix the problem and Rightway was the only one who could fix it. Super job!

I called to have an estimate for my roof replacement the receptionist is very professional and friendly. When the estimator Johnnie came out he was very clean cut. When I had a question he answered it with very good detail. He also went over the contract to make sure I understood it. When they came to do my roof the men were very courteous kept a clean area and protected my yard from debris. I will definatly be referring them out!!!
