It was around midnight on a Tuesday. I thought/hopped it was just a clogged bathroom. Well thats to put it lightly - it sounded like I was in a ships hold on stormy seas. Water would go down the drains then come back up every 10 seconds - and continued to do so for the next 5 hours. I could hear water going through all the pipes through out the house.
We had used Red Lily for previous work around the house over the years - a new garbage disposal and water heater replacement and each time they were honest and fast to get their workers out.
I left a message for them at 2am saying please call asap and within a couple hours I got a call back and they had a crew out around 7am.
What I hopped was just a rooter fix ended up a cracked connection at the first hook up to the main drain and further down the line our old ceramic pipe shifting and cracking and further down (about 60 feet away and 20 feet down to be exact) the old ceramic pipe had slipped out of alignment. The supervisor was very good about letting me know what was going on and explained why and how these problems happen and how best to fix it.
Our house is old and on a hillside; It wasn't a simple fix but the Red Lilly crew were able to assess the problems and get all the work done surprisingly fast. They were able to reline & replace the entire '60 ft of ceramic off kilter root filled mainline very quickly and with extremely minimal excavation - they only had to dig two (impressively deep and quickly and safely dug) holes at the start of the cracked pipe and then at the end near the main sewer system, the way they pulled the new pipe there was no need for a trench through the yard.
They were there for 3 days and always arrived on time, worked hard and quickly. Everybody really seemed to know exactly what they were doing and were always polite and friendly. At the end of each day they cleaned things up and made sure everything was secure and that any open holes were well marked for safety. They were also very good about cleaning up and putting everything back the way it was by the end of the job.
This could of been a job that took a week and tore up the entire yard but the Red Lilly guys made it happen quickly and as easily as possible. They're the ones we'll call again for any future issues.

I have been living in the Los Angeles area all my life, and about 5 years ago I purchased my first home, I was so excited up until I started having so many plumbing issues, My house was built in the 20's and was in deseparate need of a new sewer system. I called different plumbers and finally found RED LILLY , red lilly came out to my house on time, and gave me the most honest estimate. I was in total tears because I was so sad that they were going dig up my yard but my Tech explained to me that Red Lilly uses Trenchless technology this elimated the need to dig any trenches in my beautiful yard. They were able to reline my sewer pipe and not have not tear anything up. This process was done in less than 3 days. From start to finish Red Lilly kept me aware of everything that was gong on, I love there customer service, The girl in the office was amazing and Peter my technician is just first class. I will never use anybody else to take care of any future problems that arise. I recommend this company to anyone that is looking for honesty and integrity.! Please use these guys they are the best...

cant imagine using anyone else ever again, These guys are my plumbers for life, They potentially saved me THOUSANDS of $$$. They were honest and trully understood my situation. Their plumber showed up inebriated, but finished the job. At the coffee shop I overheard one of my neighbors saying that a plumber tossed garbage, specifically a case of empty beer bottles on to his curb. Since their plumber had just left my house, my ears pricked up, and I asked if the plumber was from Red Lilly. It was. I thought something was off when he showed up, and that just confirmed it. If you call these guys, request a sober plumber. He might be quicker and cleaner!
I got home from work i found sewer water in my front yard. I called Mr. Rooter they came out and gave me a very high price To cable my line. I talked it over with my wife and she said lets call Red Lilly Plumbing. Her office is on the same street as Red Lilly so we called they came out right away and did a great job . I needed a new sewer line due to heavy roots and my pipe being so old. Red Lilly replaced my sewer. I was so happy they did not have to cut my cement driveway. They pulled a new line we are very happy with there work and the price they gave us. Best of all the 50 year warranty!!!!!!!!
i came home one day and thier was sewer water all through my house i found a plumber down the street from my house and he stared telling me my main line was broken and that it was going to be tens of thousads of dollars. of course i panicked and i called for a second opinion and my Saviors came to the door, Red Lilly Plumbing came and saved the day. they gave me a good price and cleaned up the mess with in just a few days, They did such a wonderful job in keeping my yard looking great, they relined my pipe without even having to dig up my yard. I am so glad that I found them
After searching and searching for reliable and honest plumbers i finally found them, RED Lilly Plumbing is the best, i needed my sewer pipe replaced and they were able to replace my pipes and not charge me an arm and a leg, i am very pleased with there rapid response and there sincere honesty. There prices were exteremley reasonable and I was treated like gold. I would recommend them to anymore! Thank you RED LILLY PLUMBING.....
I have lived in this area for a while now and have seen the Red Lilly Trucks driving everywhere and when i found myself needing a plumber i called them. I am so happy that I did, because they did such a great job. They explanied everything that was being done and my technician offered me different options, He never was pushy , he made me feel like I was his #1 customer. I want everyone to know how great they are and I will never use anyone else again

I only have one bathroom in my apartment, so when my toilet stopped working it was pretty serious. I needed a plumber fast! Red Lilly had a plumber at my house in an hour or so. They took care of the problem before I even had to go again! :) Thanks Red Lilly!

3 months ago I had my water heater go out. Red Lilly was the original co that had installed. They charged me $500 claiming they would refund me.
They stated that they would refund me the money once the manufacture of the water heater refunded them. They claimed that they had never dealt with this type of situation and that they would have my money back to me ASAP.
3 months later and 15 phone calls claiming they hadn?t recd the money from the manufacture. I called the manufacture and they stated they had given Red Lilly the refund. Come to find out per an employee Jake they had only been refunded a partial amount and they were waiting on the manufacture to pay the labor costs and I would be getting reimburse. I called 5 times with in the last 3 weeks on which I have phone records. Jake now claims manufacture will not reimburse them and that they never recd any money, and that the $500 they charged me was for labor. $500.00 for an hour of labor? On top of that he claims that the owner has been out of town for the last 2 weeks that I called the company, and this morning when I called the owner is now on vacation.
I called the manufacture again and they did indeed send red Lilly the refund for me. I am in the process of small claims and am waiting for proof from the water heater manufacture for the original reimbursement they issued Red Lilly.
I reported this company to the Better Business B and Intend to file a smalls claims court suit. I work legal and if they have ripped you off please do not hesitate to contact me so I can help you too. 1-818-251-1715.

We had used Red Lilly for a few years without any problems. Then, the sink in our guest room bathroom developed a leak where the drain connected to the sink. We had guests coming that weekend, so we called Red Lilly. A guy came out on Thursday, took the drain apart and departed, leaving a bill with a note that a replacement drain was no longer available because the sink was so old and recommending we install a new sink with new drain plumbing. He took the old drain piece with him, leaving the sink unusable. Since I had no ability to get out to buy a new sink and have it installed before the weekend, I called and asked them to bring back the old drain piece so I could reassemble the drain before the weekend for use by our guests. Red Lilly refused to return the old drain piece unless I first came to their place and paid the bill. We had had a good record with them over the years, always paying our bills promptly, so I was really taken aback. I told them they had property that didn't belong to them, that they were not authorized to take the property, and they had better return it, and then and only then would I pay the bill. They refused, so our guests had to go without a sink that weekend, and I never paid the bill. We will never, ever use Red Lilly again.

MY ELDERLY AUNT JUST SURVIVED BREAST CANCER AND WAS ENJOYING HER FIRST WEEKEND BACK HOME WHEN HER TOILET LEVER BROKE. MY HUSBAND AND I CALLED WHAT WE THOUGHT WERE HONEST PLUMBERS. I MET THE OWNERS RELATIVE AT MY AUNTS HOUSE AND AFTER LOOKING AT IT FOR LESS THAN 2 MINUTES HE ANNOUNCED THAT HER TOILET WAS BEYOND REPAIR. I ADVISED THIS FAST PACED GENTLEMAN THAT THE TOILET AS ONLY 2 MONTHS OLD. AND AFTER GIVING IT SOME THOUGHT HE ANNOUNCED THAT MY AUNTS SEWER PIPE HAD A PLUMBING CANCER AND THAT A SEWER VIDEO INSPECTION WOULD DTERMINE HOW MUCH WE WERE LOOKING AT. I FELT I WAS BEING TAKEN FOR A RIDE. AFTER I ASKED THE GUY TO LEAVE I HAD ANOTHER PLUMBER COME OUT AND REPLACE A LEVER. I WILL BE CONSULTING WITH THE STAE BOARD ABOUT RED LILLY'S PRACTICES. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
