Basically, I love it here. And I wanted to share my experience. Thus far it has been great. Moving here was the best decision I've made in a while. The staff is friendly, the apartment is super nice , and for the first time in a long while, I have a place that actually feels like a home.

I just moved to The Willows on the first of September and love the location. Jenny, the leasing consultant, was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the community and the neighborhood. I would recommend this community to anyone that loves being outdoors and close to everything without having to pay crazy rent. Move here and you won't be disappointed; Ciao!

I would recommend Rainier to any of my friends.

I have been a tenant since 2004 in a building managed by Rainier. Each year I have been in the building improvements have been made both in terms of maintenance/upgrade projects and in terms of policies for building use. I have found Rainier to be very responsive to any concerns that have come up. When upgrades at times of lease renewals were done to my space, I have been very pleased with the choices I was given and with quality of work. Overall I would rate Rainier as one of the better management companies I have dealt with.

Very reasonable price for an apartment downtown off the drag. I moved to a different rainier complex (the Willows) It is great! I could not be happier.

I lived in the Marks Apartments on Speedway, and lived in the River Oaks complex last year, and would definitely say that my overall experience with Rainier has been positive. The apartment buildings are on the old side, but I feel that Rainier considers that in their rent, which is reasonable for the campus neighborhood. I have had different problems with my apartments over the years, but Rainier has always been very prompt(1-2 days) in getting whatever it is fixed.



The apartments are fine and the office staff is friendly, so I would definitely recommend them.
