Recently moved in to River Oaks. Regardless of whatever you've read or heard about this management company, Texie is a blessing. She does the work of what seems like 10 employees. She has always been available to answer my millions upon millions of questions, making my move-in process a breeze. I've never met anyone like her in any customer-service related industry. She bends over backwards for you with a smile on her face. If you're going with Rainier Management, ask for her.
I have lived at a Rainier property for just under a year and I have had nothing but a positive experience. They have made some changes to their rules and stuff but in my opinion the place is looking better. These are older apartments but they have done a good job with the upgrades, like my unit has new cabinets and floors. I don't expect everything to be perfect but they are a good deal for the money and in a great location. Anytime I have needed maintenance they usually come the same day. I never really had maintenance respond that fast at the other places I lived. The guys here are great and the office people are nice too.
This a excellent management company.
My new apartment is beautiful. Rainier took no shortcuts in making it nice. It is the cleanest apartment I have ever moved into. My apartment is renovated.... everything is of high quality....no budget materials were used here.
In addition, they did a excellent job at making me feel welcomed and important. When I moved in, they left a surprise gift on my breakfest bar. This is really going the extra mile!
The staff was friendly and I enjoyed working with Daiquiri to get everything completed.
I've lived in Austin for 12 years and have dealed with 4 management companies now. The other three were good or good enough, but my favorite by far is Rainer.
I lived at the Penthouse Apartments & enjoyed my experience there. The biggest problems I experienced were out of anyone's control (parking).
Management was always on top of any concerns that I had and quick to get the ball rolling on maintenance issues.
I always sought out help from Texie in the leasing office, she was an absolute doll from day one. She was a tremendous help (and happy to do it) the entire process and I knew I could count on her when I needed something resolved. Gonna miss that lady!
I would certainly live in a Rainer Property again.
I needed an apartment and a quick move-in date due to a change in circumstances. Patrick helped me out immensely! I was originally going to have to wait 3 weeks for renovations to be completed before I could move in, but he was able to get the work done two weeks early so I could spend Christmas in my new place. Everything was smooth and I am much appreciative of all the help that Patrick and the Rainier team offered me. My new place is gorgeous and I feel right at home!
This is my first time leasing an apartment in Hyde Park, and I am satisfied with my studio at Oak Park. The rent was affordable, taking the bus was very convenient, and the staff at the office was friendly. Those three factors really influenced my decision to live at one of the Rainier Properties.
One technician in particular, Marcus, did a fantastic job for me last night... In all my years of living here I have never had to use the emergency maintenance line but due to a water leak from the (antique) air conditioner I found myself finally using that service and it's literally the reason that I'm writing a review. I didn't expect much, admittedly, as it was after-hours on a Saturday but Marcus went above and beyond to get my family and I taken care of and the professionalism and genuine courtesy was much appreciated!
