Another dishonest salvage yard trying to take advantage of the little guy!



Kevin is committing credit card fraud against 4-Auto Parts LLC because he broke a headlight he received from us and he's trying to make it our fault. Our Terms & Conditions which he signed and agreed to prior to purchase clearly states;



The buyer understands that any claim on defective or incorrect part must be made to the 4-Auto Parts, LLC within the 1 days of signing and receiving the item and the item has to be returned within 5 days of receiving it. It is your responsibility to verify the contents of your delivery once received. The original packaging is required for all damage claims for UPS/FedEx/USPS returns. The warranty will be voided if not done so. All, not as described items returned must have an “RMA” return merchandise authorization number on the outside of the box or else it will not be accepted. An “RMA” return merchandise authorization number will only be given by emailing support@4-autoparts.com so that date of contact can be verified.



Kevin received this headlight on 11/9/2015 and didn't contact us until 11/18/2015 and first claimed we sent the headlight damaged then he changed the story to that it must have gotten broken in shipping.
