I came in with extreme pain in my ankle, knee, and everyother joint in my body. I cannot stand or walk. He didn't even tell me where to get a brace or anything. I have swollen lymph nodes and didn't get any antibiotics or suggested otc medicine. He told me to take ibuprofen which I am. He told me he couldn't help that I'd have to see a primary care doctor which I can't get in for three weeks which is why I came here. I left crying.

I had just moved here from FL and I had a nightmare trying to get into an office. Nikki somehow got me in the same day and Dr. Shannon is the BEST! Horrible staff and service. They will cancel your appointments just days before and will not schedule you for over a month away even though you scheduled this appointment months ago. I do not recommend this location at all.

Unbelievably slow!!! My wife was the only patient there at the time and it still took almost 2 hours to see a doctor. I'd hate to see this place when they're busy. Never again...

Pretty much can't explain how awful doing business has been with these people.

Took my very sick daughter in to their urgent care. She had strep. I hadn't met my deductible, that's correct, but their staff obviously doesn't understand deductibles.

I paid out of pocket for her care. $180 up front for a baby girl with strep. I went to issue my receipt to my HRA and turns out they billed them too and had already been reimbursed by my HRA. After many calls, I finally got a call back and was told that as soon as the payment from my HRA posts, they will issue me a refund. That check was issued a month ago. Guess who hasn't gotten a refund?

I would strongly suggest the new children's hospital urgent care if you have a sick one. I took my daughter there after a fall and they were great and I didn't mess anything up and have been nothing but helpful. This place is hard to work with and the level of care isn't worth the issues.

This place has gone downhill lately. Our Dr left, and no one told us. Then, I tried to get an appt with another Dr, and was told that since I had seen that Dr on the "urgent care" side, I had to establish care on the "PC" side. OK. I couldn't get an appt with her for over a month. Then, I asked if I could see urgent care for a gaping wound, but was told that since I was establishing care on the "PC" side, I couldn't be seen on the urgent care side. Then, I was told that I had missed 3 appointments and owed for each one. I didn't have any appointments though, but said, OK, how much so I could get it handled. $55 they said. I offered $60 in cash to get it handled, but was told they couldn't take the cash since I didn't have a bill yet so they wouldn't know which account to apply it to. Huh? Then was told that I couldn't be seen at all until I had taken care of the balance. This all in a 15 minute interaction. What the heck? Just watch out, if you go, only see urgent care. And don't expect too much.
