Called for a ride 25miles from florence talked to some woman named regina she said quoted me a price for 60 i planned 2 tip 10 also told me 2 call back in 30 mins and told me no they wouldnt do it horrible customer service and company obviously uneducated people working the phones dont use this company i would walk b4 i ever call them again

Called to get a ride 25miles from florence talked 2 a woman named regina she quoted me a price of 60 dollars i was fine with and would have tipped 10 dollars told me 2 call back in 30 min i did then told me no in a smart mouth attitude horrible customer service and company i would walk b4 i ever called them again

I have dealt with Brandy and the drivers on many, many occasions. They have been a blessing, especially while I have been ill. GREAT SERVICE!!!!

anytime ive used them it was great on time, clean , nice drivers, i enjoyed it and would be very glad to offer a referral anytime to anyone thanks

I saw a driver on 11/2/15 @ 10pm outside ECM Hospital blow the horn and jump the curb in front of the hospital. He then got out of the car, went inside and came out a few minutes later and went to a car also in the loading zone and yelled at the woman inside she needed to move. Really she was loading, be wasn't and he was acting a fool at the front of a hospital at 10 pm. Very unprofessional. Would not call this company in fear of getting this guy.

When i called to get a price on renting a limo the woman who answered the phone sounded like she was screaming. Not to mention they don't have a limo anymore and she had a smart tone when telling me this.
