        The fence was okay. There were some issues and they got resolved easily, but one issue was painful to get resolved, but it did get resolved.

        We saved for a few years to buy and install a fence, we wanted it done professionally and for it to look really great. We got five quotes for a vinyl privacy fence. We chose Steve Jorgensen and Pro Link Fence because he seemed the most professional, knowledgeable and capable. He was not the cheapest. Our fence was over 4K which is a big investment for us. First, I want to say the fence looks beautiful and I love the materials. However, I have honestly never had such a bad experience as far as customer service goes. We had a few snags and we tried to approach them in a polite and reasonable way. Steve was rude, defensive and condescending. We were half way through the install so we just went forward. We paid our bill in full and on time. This month we need repairs from storm damage. Again, their attitude was somehow like they were doing us a favor instead of performing a paid service. The fence looks good, but it was a bear working with them.
