Precision Comfort

My ac went out last night and we were very hot. I looked on the yellow pages website for repairmen. I made several calls before calling precision comfort. I spoke with Scott and he tried to save me money by trying to fix the problem over the phone. Wow, nobody does that. Scott did. He came out the same day like he said he would and fixed the problem very quickly and very cheap. He will most definitely get more business from me. I will absolutely recommend his business to any one who has a hvac problem. Thanks Scott my family won't be uncomfortable tonight.

Scott not only tells you up front what he will be doing, he explains it carefully & answers all questions. He shows you what is needed & in my case he stayed until the entire installation was complete, working properly & I was completely satisfied.

You have a choice - go to some bozo who might know what they are doing (or might not) or go to Scott who demonstrates that he knows what he is doing and will tell you where the other guy has cut corners as he corrects it.

Scott from Precision Comfort came over analyzed the problem quickly. He told me up front that he had to search for the part I needed, since the furnace was an older model.He did assure me he would be back the next morning to repair the problem. Lo and Behold he was a man of his word. The problem was taken care of and now my home is toasty warm!!!

As we all know these times have been tough economically for just about everyone. With a family of five and laid-off, one has to stretch every penny. Then you wake up and discover your hot water tank is beyond repair. After dozens of calls to heating/cooling companies, I was fortunate to make contact with Precision Comfort Heating & Cooling/owner Scott. He offered to install and remove the old tank for a price that "NO" company in the same field could match. Of course with older homes the work is not so simple but Scott was genuinely dedicated to correcting the work that someone else had done some 17 years prior.
