I was extremely pleased and impressed with the professionalism of Tony the driver for your company. His truck # was 50. He was courteous and reassured us that we were getting the best from him. He kept a smile on his face and worked quickly and smart. Once he delivered my car to the Volvo Service Department, he called me to let me know he had dropped the car off and notified the service man that he was dropping the car off.

Past & Present Towing & Recovery is 5 stars company, chuckie did an excellent job, he towed my car and took it to the repair shop, he took care of every detail and sent me photos of my car when he picked it up and when I dropped it off at the assigned site, thanks chucky.😃

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would! Amanda who handles the phone is disturbingly rude and should work as a Correctional Officer with her NASTY, rude attitude. She called me THE CUSTOMER to check on my cancellation request only to be rude and hang up on me twice. I could not get a word in from her rudely speaking over me. Terrible way to handle a customer, a woman at that, in distress, alone in the dark of the night in my vehicle. I will be reporting this "business" to Erie and will spread the word on social media to use LENNY'S TOWING instead! Get some training AMANDA!
