When my house was destroyed from hurricane Harvey I called around to get prices to demolish and haul away my house. At the time it was my vacation home and I didn't know anyone here in Rockport (Still don't). Phil gave me a fair price (more than some others) and didn't ask for money up front. I trusted Phil to do the job and he never let me down. He did a fantastic job clearing my lots and grading it for the new home. A good contractor who I never met in person that always keeps his word. It's nice to know that there are still honorable people in this world!
