We scheduled an appointment with Onsite Computer Solutions after being referred to us by friends. The guy that showed up was very professional and easy to talk to. He explained to us what he was doing and why he was doing it. My wife and I asked him several questions which he seemed to answer very easily. An hour and $75.00 later he our virus was gone. Its been about a week and our PC is still running smoothly. I would definitely refer Onsite to others.

Stan with Onsite Computer Solutions came out to our home after our internet stopped working. He did a couple of things on our computer and informed us that it was our modem, not computer that was bad. He then called ATT and had them send us another one and even had them waive the $150.00 that they were gonna charge us. We called him when the new one arrived and he set it up for us. He only charged $75.00 and we saved $150.00 on the modem. A wonderful experience.

My wife and I were unable to get on the internet due to this annoying pop-up that kept popping on the screen trying to get up to buy it.

Anyway, we called and scheduled an appointment with On Site Computer Solutions to come out and remove this thing.

The gentleman over the phone instructed us to turn the computer off to prevent further damage to our computer.

The technician arrived on time and very people friendly.

He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.

He not only stopped the pop-up problems we were having but seems like our computer is running faster than before.

BEST $75.00 I have ever Spent.

I called Onsite Computer Solutions because my HP was not working

at all after a lightning storm.

The gentleman was very polite and ask me a few questions about my Computer.

Afterwards, he told me that it sounds like a problem with my power supply and

stated that he would have to run a test on it to be sure.

The technician arrived at my home on time and with an extra power supply which

he had already priced for me over the phone.

It turned out to be the power supply just as he had said and he had the new one

in before I knew it.

My computer has worked fine ever since and the technician called me several days

later to check on his work.

You just dont really get that kind of service anymore.

I would recommend Onsite Computer Soluitons to anyone.
