Nussbaumer plumbing was sent to me through HSA warranty company. They came for to check a leak on a 15 year old water tank. The tank never leaked in 15 years and was at the end of its life. They came and said it wasnt installed properly which makes zero sense since it worked 100% fine for 15 years. They added added a rubber grommet to the top of the tank and said it was fixed. They leave my tank starts making a clicking sound and continues to leak from the bottom of the tank. Before they were there the tank continued to heat water and after they left it quit heating the water. I proceeded to call them back, and Todd the owner (know it all) calls the warranty company and tells them the tank wasnt installed properly and tried sabotaging the replacement coverage of the 15 year old tank that worked perfect for the life of the tank. After some very heavy arguing with them, I called HSA to send a different contractor and that contractor came said yeah 15 years is a long time for a water tank usually you get 10 years out of them. Called in and got the tank replaced under my home warranty. I wouldnt use Nussbaumer to change the toilet paper on my toilet. He is a hot head and know it all. He does not work for the customer.

Horrible service and the customer service is even worse!!! This company was assigned to me by my home warranty company, I called regarding a leaking pipe. First they missed an e-mail and didn't have me in the schedule for the time that was confirmed to me, however they did accomodate me, but once on site they were not able to determine that i had water to the house - they said our pipes were frozen. This was completely untrue, the water was on and flowing the day before hence the leak which took down our garage ceiling so we shut off the main. My husband came home from work two hours later and turned on the main - and guess what we had water! So either its magic or this guy is incompentent take your pick. This company took their $75 deductible - they told me I would most likely need to replace all the plumbing and they would apply the $75 should I choose this route. Again untrue, we fixed the leak ourselves and the rest of the pipes are fine. I did try to call them left several messages over three days with no response at all. Finally when they did pick up the phone they were unwilling to refund the $75. DO NOT CALL ON THIS COMPANY find another plumber... customer satisifaction is important TODD.

Lisa, I am very sorry that your perception of the service call has resorted to this misunderstanding. I was dispatched to your home under your home warranty, upon arrival there was no water to the home the curb stop was turned off. You had the curb key to turn it on but with my professional experience I will not touch the curb key to turn the water on or off in case it breaks and there is a main water line breakage. We do this so our company will not be held liable for damages if it would break. Your mom turned on the curb stop and I attempted to turn on your main water line valve inside the home, there was still no running water which makes it extremely difficult to see exactly where or how many waterline breaks you had...hence your receipt..."Customer has at least one broken (freeze) water line in basement. There is no water to home right now to test rest of system. Customer will call to reschedule when water is on if warranty covers this." this is exactly what your receipt states. I came there through your home warranty and I have guidelines that I have to follow, one of which I have to retain a deductible for the service call even if it is just a diagnosis which I did. Even without the water on I was able to find a break in one of your water lines and showed it to you, and told you I could fix it but could not guarantee if there were anymore without the water being on. I am not sure why your water would not turn on I assumed it was the curb stop or a freeze (which could still have been and unthawed before your husband came and turned the main on.) l was willing to come back and fix your issue that I showed you, if I could have fixed the issue that day I would have. Personally, I do not like leaving a residence with an unresolved problem. At the end of the day, I am just happy to hear that the problem has been resolved. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

Decades of build up clogged the pipes from my kitchen to the point my husband couldn't fix it. They are quick, courteous, affordable, and makes sure the jobs done right. I highly recommend them for all your Plumbing needs.
