Overall

Never, I repeat NEVER under any circumstances should you do business with these THUGS. They only accept cash, They will not accept credit card. They towed car illegally claiming I didn't have a permit. Had to pay to get my car out, when I did get my car out I showed them that I did have a permit. They said there was nothing they could do and to take it up with my association. These guys are vultures and are the main reason the tow industry has such a bad rep. If you notice you won't find anyone saying anything positive about this place.

No morales. They towed my friends car with a visitor pass in the window. I called before taking a taxi there and when i got there they asked me to walk to the gas station and use the atm because theirs was broken and the credit card machine didnt work. They were polite but there is no excuse for common courtesy, why would anyone think there is a cash scam going on here?????

I called for an auto wreckers ...

I called for an auto wreckers in the NW or Western Suburbs. They said they don't do that but referred me to SKOKIE. I asked if they knew of any other auto wreckers in the area to get parts (particularly near Palatine, north or west of here). She feigned some ignorance, "None that I can think of."

What a load of BS! In business, you know all the competitors. They must have some deal arranged w/Century or else they wouldn't be trying to filter people from Palatine way the heck East.
