Zippy cares about their customers' and their property and takes such good care of everything, from beginning to end. Brandon is a pleasure to work with and his service is unmatched in this industry. My experience with Zippy Shell was nothing short of wonderful from the beginning to the end. Brandon was so honest and helpful by explaining things carefully to me so that I would understand the business. But even more, he was so accommodating and helpful with suggestions in the process. Upon unpacking my personal items, I found everything to be in place and well preserved for the weeks that they were in storage. I would recommend this service to anyone for an easier, less stressful, and less expensive way to move.

Pricing was competitive if not less than the other local moving companies I researched and he or a Manager were always on site for both our move out and move in. There were no damaged goods, the movers worked at a quick pace and made sure to protect flooring, walls and doorways. I was extremely impressed and highly recommend Zippy Shell to anyone who needs this type of service. My husband and I recently moved from The Woodlands to Magnolia and I have to say that these were the best movers we have ever used. Not only did they offer great pricing, but they were very professional, handled our furniture with care and were also very polite. I moved from Indiana to Texas and was greeted with a breath of fresh air. Not only did I get great storage at a great price, but they were very helpful with the movers as well Thanks Brandon, don't know what we would have done without you!

I spent weeks shopping around near by self storage facilities before I moved and time after time I had to deal with not only outrageously overpriced units but rude service as well. A friend of mine highly recommended this new company that brings out a storage unit to my apartment and then picks it up after I pack it. In theory I thought this sounds nice but I expected it to be even more expensive than what I was already dealing with. At this point I had nothing to lose so I called North Houston Zippy Shell. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely professional and unbelievably knowledgeable. He explained, in detail, everything I needed to know and to my surprise, Zippy Shell was $75 cheaper and larger than the 10x10's I shopped around everywhere else. I was a bit worried about Zippy Shell fitting in the parking lot at my apartments so I set aside 2 spots but the shell fit easily in 1 parking spot. They told me it was 15x7x7 but seemed to be much larger to me. I was thrilled that I was able to use rope to secure my things individually row by row because of the cage design. I have never seen anything like it. I will recommend this company to anyone I know who is moving a residence or a business. The service was spectacular and so was the Zippy Shell itself.
