Dr Lamison is a wonderful vet. She is compassionate and really works hard to meet the needs. I know several other people who request Dr Lamison who are also more than satisfied. She checks up on your pet after procedures. You can tell she cares

Honestly, don't waist your time taking your baby here. I ended up here by mistake. I had read bad reviews and unfortunately my regular vet was out, so I didn't have a choice. Big mistake. Big mistake. They checked my baby for heartworms which was negative but next day, her neck was black with the hugest bruise! I was frightened, thought my baby was going to die. Dr. (don't know her name), just looked at her and took off leaving the assistant to do the rest. Waist of my money. Will go elsewhere or not take my dog to them no matter what. Don't want to get her torchered.

RIPPOFF!!!!!!

Quoted me $45 for front paw declaw and charged me $455.40. Get a written quote. I met the vet at a low cost vaccination clinic in Pharr,Tx. and she seemed nice. Tried to workout a fair price ( Border Animal Hospital in Weslaco di my last cat for$95) but the only thing they offered was a lawsuit. BE AWARE get it in writing.

Money hungry veterinary clinic. My dog went in for a checkup and as I had guessed she had an ear infection. Veterinarian (Dr. Holly Horn) said was going to run an ear cytology to see which infection she had and never came back. A technician comes in with a bill saying how much the medication would cost. I would have liked veterinarian to come back or them to at least tell me what kind of infection she had considering I paid for cytology. I asked for a prescription script since their medication was overpriced. After asking around the veterinarian gave me a prescription that I had to order online instead of Costco. I ordered from drsfostersmith.com and 2 days later get a form saying one of my prescriptions had been declined. Apparently they wanted me to buy the generic and I couldn't order the name brand medication. I then submit a form at vetapprovedrx.com since they carried the generic brand (unlike drsfostersmith) and 2 days later I get an email my veterinarian declined. I call the veterinarian office and they say don't fax prescriptions or confirm over phone. That is a complete lie because the week before they had approved 1 prescription from drsfostersmith and declined 1. The receptionist Christine said "sorry for the inconvenience but they couldn't even help me out by matching the price even with expedited fees" Now 1 week and my poor dog still doesn't have her medications because these money hungry people want me to go buy from them. Over double price markup on medication and horrible customer service. Wish I could give a lower score than poor-fair

Saving Beau

Exceptional service, caring staff, & state of the art facility. On a Sunday afternoon, right before a Dallas Cowboys game, i noticed that my pit bull was having trouble breathing and was clearly in disress. I called N. 10th St. Animal Hospital and Dr. Gerrometta immediately met us there and cared for Beau over the course of 3 days and pulled him through. I highly recommend their services and am forever grateful!
