Out standing experience after getting helpful support with Certified Relocations in Rochelle company in Park, NJ . It was an absolute pleasure to work with this company. Every one from the moving coordinator to the actual movers were smart and courteous from the start until our move was completed.This company was extremely helpful during my move in various ways. Their customer service department was very responsive and courteous from the first time I called in until my move was completed.I cant imagine the last time I was so comfortable with moving. My things arrived in a timely manor and they even set up my furniture for me.This was the smoothest relocation I have had by far. Great job Statewide and thank you!They are amazing. So i truly recommend their services.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with this company. Every one from the moving coordinator to the actual movers were smart and courteous from the start until our move was completed. We moved out of a 5 bedroom home into an even larger one and there were no complaints at all. I was especially impressed with the way they carefully handled our high value items and the large oil paintings that my son was working on at the time. I think they deserved a perfect rating because the prices were fair based on the extent of what we asked them to do and there was no damage at all.

They were able to put my mind at ease by saying and doing all of the right things from day one.
I was going to give them 5 stars but there was poor communication on their part regarding my delivery time. So I ended up waiting for 2 hours before the movers showed up. Other than that, they really did everything right and went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I would recommend them.
There is no such thing as a perfect and easy move. Whoever has the secret to it, please let me know ASAP. There are though, ways in which making your move easier is possible. This starts with a lot of planning so if you are about to move, get a notebook and label it "moving guide". This way you will keep track of EVERYTHING you do, the quotes you get and everything you are missing to do. Trust me, keeping all the info will save you a lot f headaches. If you get online quotes (emails) print them and staple them there and if they are over the phone, write EVERYTHING down, including phone #'s and the estimators name and obviously all the promises they make. This wat you wlll be able to confront them in case they decide to add any weird weight or if they suddenly forget what the initial price was. Yes, it happened to me and thanks to my "moving guide" notebook I was able to get my initial quote back, no surprises and no room for mistakes.
The good thing is that Nationwide Relocation Services did serve me well and gave me my price back even though 2 weeks had passed from the moment I initially called for my quote. The weight was the same and no more boxes or furniture was added so they honored the initial discounts. When the movers got to my place, I wasn;t too comfortable because they seemed rough and just not too clean but their work spoke for itself. They are amazing. So i truly recommend NRS services.

I had the most HORRIBLE service with Nationwide Relocation. They scratched my hardwood floors, put holes in my walls, and broke a box full of vases in it during pick up. They were supposed to drop off on 1/16/10. No one showed up. No one showed up 1/17 either. Monday I called the company and "they didnt know where the driver was." Finally show up 1/21/10 after about 20 calls to the company and driver and threatening to call the police to report my items stolen. The boxes had water damage, they were ALL SMASHED and banged up. I had probably 10 items broken. The company said they would give me 60 CENTS to replace my items. SERIOUSLY?? I am writing the BBB for their HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT USE.
They lied about the cost and said it was guaranteed (and denied it later). They ignored my requests and calls and were 2 weeks late from the "guaranteed" date they promised pickup on. Every day they promised that they were SURE they would have something arranged for my move by the next day but they lied. They kept me hanging on like this for 2 weeks. Then when someone finally did show up they didn't even call to let me know they had found a truck to come move me...I was taken totally by surprise. Nationwide didn’t call me at all..the mover did 30 minutes before he showed up when he called to ask for more exact directions. Then it took them another 3 weeks to deliver my belongings and the price was over $1,000 more than their guaranteed price and they said if I didn’t pay it I didn’t get my belongings. Also, I found boxes missing and items damaged. I was very displeased with their services. I would not suggest them to anyone. When they were late with the pickup their people promised I would get a discount for all the trouble but in the end all they would give me was $142..and only if I signed a paper saying that they had done a good job and I was satisfied (which I didn’t because I wouldn’t lie).
