I bought a new zero turn mower in the spring of 2014. The sale went well however one of the blades stop mowing and required warranty work. The gentlemen that picked it up said to give them 5 days and call and check on it. I gave them a week and half and still hadn't heard anything. They had lost the work order so more paperwork had to be filled out. The owner called me due to the fact I didn't feel like I should pay for pick up and delivery since I just had got the mower and had spent 5400 dollars on it. He refused and said it was their policy to charge and he couldn't change it. I paid the bill but will never do business. Just left a bad taste in my mouth. However there are plenty of businesses around that can provide the parts, and equipment I might ever need.
