Overall

BAD REVIEW

Affordable W/H installed my tank in 2005. The burner won't stay lit. I called them and started to describe the problem. The man interrupted and told me it would be $99 to send someone out. When I told him this was a warranty claim, the call was interrupted. I called back 4 or 5 times using two phones and was never able to speak to anyone there again. I tried all 4 of their phone numbers with no success.
