I AM ECSTATIC!! I had been searching high and low for months for a reputable and professional tree company before finding Monster Tree. Other companies just didn’t compare. Many did not show up for quotes or return calls. Those that did I found to be either unprofessional or unable to complete the task due to the complexity of the job.

Enter John…from the moment he came to provide the quote, I knew that he was not only a kind man, but also very professional, organized and passionate about his business. I could tell that customer satisfaction was of the utmost priority. I immediately felt at ease and was confident that I could leave it in his hands.

The day of the job I was impressed when he and his team arrived with multiple trucks and equipment as well as head sets to communicate with, not to mention all the necessary protective gear. Nothing was lacking. They were fully prepared for anything. It was evident that this was a fine oiled operation.

The team was very pleasant, considerate, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. They were extremely methodical, very cohesive and hustled their butts off.
