Additionally, she has spent almost ten years in the hospitality industry, including experience with Management, Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting, and Guest Services. While living in California, Molly held real estate internships in San Diego, focusing on foreclosures and residential real estate. Molly's strong education, business acumen, and management experience help her create a comprehensive and personalized client experience. Education and Training: Molly graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of San Diego with a degree in Real Estate and Business. While attending USD, Molly was recognized as a Presidential Scholar and received various accolades including the California Home Building Foundation/Ernest Hahn Endowment and the Woodruff Scholarship. Her real estate education provided a myriad of unique experiences, including participation in the USC International Real Estate Competition and the NAIOP University Real Estate Development Challenge. Molly spent a semester abroad in France attending the American Business School in Paris, which has greatly widened her perspective on business and client management, and contributes to her ability to identify with all types of clients. Areas of Expertise: A native of Salt Lake City, Molly is very familiar with the Avenues, Sugar House, Capitol Hill, Marmalade, Federal Heights, 9th and 9th and Yalecrest neighborhoods. Molly is passionate about design and staging to highlight a home's features in order to maximize value, and she uses a variety of marketing techniques to ensure that her clients' homes are highly visible to potential buyers. She takes great care to interview her clients so that she may understand their lifestyle and find a property with all the desired features that will make it home. She understands the complex nature of real estate and can walk clients through the process in a seamless fashion. She has practiced real estate in both California and Utah and has a diverse knowledge base that will withstand the ever-changing market trends.
