For All Your Granite & Bronze Memorial Needs

General Info
Frequently Asked Questions Your choice for memorializing may in part be determined by cemetery regulations. Each cemetery establishes their own regulations as to material, size & finish of memorial. Each section within a cemetery can have different regulations. If you have not purchased cemetery lots yet, you might want to keep this mind. It is quite common for families to purchase grave sites only to be disappointed later to find they are restricted in their choice of memorial. If you are not certain of the regulations of the cemetery talk with them or call us - will be happy to help you! What types of memorials are available? Granite & bronze are the most commonly required materials. Marble or natural boulder monuments are acceptable in some local cemeteries. Most people will choose granite except when cemetery regulations require bronze markers. Granite memorials offer much more flexibility of design, require less maintenance & are more cost effective. Marble, although beautiful, is generally not recommended. Because of its character of being soft and brittle (making it susceptible to damage & corrosion) many cemeteries do not allow it. Natural boulder monuments are acceptable in only a few Denver Metro cemeteries. Do any cemeteries require the memorial to be purchased from them? No. We can provide you memorial in virtually any cemetery. The rare exception is for a few individual cemetery sections, where the cemetery sells the grave site & the memorial as a "package." Normally you will know if this applies, as it is very unusual. Some cemeteries do sell monuments and markers and certainly it is smart to compare quality and prices. We are confident that our service, quality and prices will convince you of choosing Mile High Memorials!

Tara and Emily,

You were a joy to work with through this arduous process. The patience and compassion that you showed my father and I during the design process is very much appreciated.

We love the memorial to my mother and it's place at Crown Hill. I want to thank both of you again.

I had a very good experience with Mile High Memorials during a very difficult time. They are professional and very helpful. The quality of the headstone is wonderful and my family was very happy with it. It's never an easy task to pick out a headstone for a loved one but Paul and Christy were very supportive and understanding to work with. I would recommend Mile High Memorials to anyone.

Mile High Memorials personnel ...

Mile High Memorials personnel have my seal of approval on their ability to communicate, be empathetic with patrons during an extremely emotional time, and produce a product that exemplifies memories of your loved one. They take whatever time is needed to assure that the headstone has met your specifications and will help in the design of the headstone if desired. The number of times I changed my mind on the rough draft, went in for more suggestions, and made the final decisions were more that numerous. I always felt welcomed and felt that my situation and/or desires were important to the personnel at Mile High Memorials. The craftsmanship on our headstone I can say without reservation is absolutely superb and done with much pride. The headstone is definitely something I admire often as it is, of course, a constant reminder of my loved one. Due to the mannerisms and commitment to excellence that is so phenomenal at Mile High Memorials, considering them as your place of business when you lay your loved one to rest would certainly be of benefit to you and yours!

Forever Grateful

May 2008, my 19 year old son suddenly past away. Obviously my family was devastated and had no idea where to start to make a memorial that would represent my son in the manner he deserved. We were guided with compassion and expertise, through the decision of the type of stone that would best suit the detailed art work we wanted on the stone. Mile High Memorials went out of their way to comfort, reassure, and keep in constant contact with us throughout the difficult time. I emailed often and was immediately contacted with answers and was always told to never hesitate to contact them. They also contacted me with questions as they arose to make sure everything was exacted as we wanted it. The quality of service matches the quality of my son's monument. It truly represents my son and stands out in the cemetery. My family will be forever grateful for Mile High Memorials. Paul, Ron, and Kristy are fantastic people!

Mile High Memorials is excellent in every way. Caring, professional, patient, workmanship & service--all excellent!

great company

A friend of ours used this company to create a memorial plaque for our son that passed away in 2003. The company went above and beyond to create the plaque in a timely fashion and did an outstanding job.
