Overall

VERY knowledgeable and helpful. I called late in the year (March 1st) and while he had already sold out of his seasoned wood he took quite a bit of his time on the phone to point me in the right direction. REAL customer service! There will be NO question who I buy my wood from this upcoming season.

Overall

Fantastic service. Received first cord less than an hour after making a phone call. Good wood, fast service, friendly. I have no idea why there are 3 ratings of 2 but since they did not elaborate on their issues I would ignore them.
