        HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
        I reserved 3 rides for the day of my wedding, only 1 of which was successful. The ride to pick up the groom to take him to the ceremony NEVER SHOWED. Then, I had reserved a Mercedes Sprinter to pick up myself, groom and the wedding party. Instead of a Sprinter, we got a 12 passenger van with a trailer behind it to pick us up from my wedding.
        The drivers (that did show) were all very nice.
        I cannot say the same for the customer service. I was able to get the second trip (the one that didn't show) refunded. I am still, however, trying to get a hold of a manager to get a refund/discount on the last trip as I did not get what I paid for. Despite numerous phone calls and messages, there is NEVER a manager available and I have yet to get a call back. I WILL NEVER USE this car service again! I DO NOT recommend it. It's bad enough that the transportation to and from my wedding was incorrect/absent, but poor customer service is unacceptable! CALL an UBER!

        Got a ride from Miami Beach to Pompano Beach for me and my dad. The driver was on time, courteous, he was a safe driver, the car was clean and comfortable. a bit pricey but worth it, I would never use a cab for any kind of distance
