Technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. I have a 9 month old puppy and he still has the occasional accident here and there, the technician was able to remove some heavy duty stains and my rug looks better than expected. I would highly recommend and will be using again.

I have a puppy who tends to have accidents, not only was the technician able to remove all the stains but he actually made my rug look like I just bought it. Great on pricing compared to local competition and was very prompt. Also was able to come out to me SAME DAY! Def using them again.

I spoke to Max regarding cleaning my much pet-stained off-white rugs. His technician showed up exactly when Max said he would. The technician assessed the stains and went out of his way to remove as much pet stains as was possible, especially for all of the years some of them were there. I can't say that my rugs are like new, but I can say that I don't remember the last time they looked this good. Kudos to John (the technician) and Max. Thanks for a job well done.

Max, the owner was very helpful. He bent over backwards to resolve a problem.

We spoke to Max from MetServ and he gave us a great price on cleaning the rugs at our rental property. We needed to cancel 12 hours before our scheduled appointment and he did not charge us any cancellation fees. We will absolutely use his services in the future. He was easily accessible, friendly and very accommodating!!!

I called a local carpet cleaning company last week who advertised $29.95 a room, I asked if there were any hidden charges and the lady one the phone said no. I made an appointment for Monday between 8 - 12 noon, the guy showed up at 2:30pm and looked arount and immediately told me that the $29.95 rate per room did not includes detergent and that I needed to pay an additional $60 to get my carpet cleaned, I kicked him right out and went and looked again for another carpet cleaning company. I found metserv and the man on the phone was very nice and explained to me that they included everything needed to clean my carpets, They showed up exactly when they said they would and did not charge for anthing extra and even made my carpet smell nice. Thank you very much for being on time and doing a fantastic job without over charging me.
