After exploring our many options, we decided to go with Mercury Auto Transport because of our Agent, William. He was very honest, professional, and attentive. He was with us every step of the way. Giving us advice on the How to's, what to expects, and what nots to do along the way. Even after our delivery, the follow up communication from June was great. She made sure that everything was handled correctly and to our satisfaction. The carrier was also professional, delivery and communication went well and in the time frame we were given. Thank you so much!

Excellent service for car transportation

I used Mercury Auto Transport for a vehicle I purchased 900+ miles away, my Mercury representative Lawrence Reeves kept me updated throughout my transport. My 1st driver had issues with it's trailer and couldn't get to my vehicle, Lawrence got me a new driver within hours and my vehicle was pickup and on it's way to me. My driver Georgio (Golz Transportation) updated me 2 hours before his arrival, my vehicle was pickup on Monday and scheduled to be delivered on Thusrday but it was delivered early on Tuesday. I highly suggest to anyone on using Mercury Auto Transport on there vehicle Transport, I'll be using Mercury on my future auto transportation.

My move to San Diego is complete and I couldn’t be happier with Mercury Auto Transport and Jake Horner. I researched a number of companies, but I chose Mercury Auto Transport and I am glad that I did. Jake set up the transport and was in communication with me at all times. Having no previous experience shipping a car, I was fortunate to be recommended to Ronnie Wyre, who a friend had used for a similar job. Ronnie explained the process, the options, and kept me informed every step of the way. The carrier he arranged picked up my car on the first day I had requested, and delivered it faster than expected. Ronnie and Mercury made sure I knew what to expect every step along the way. Highly recommended!

A very bad experience.

Joel did not follow up diligently to take charge of my order, resulting in my car not being picked up before deadline. NO ANY UPDATES after I made order.

I needed to spend extra time and money to rent a car and the inconvenience caused to me I don't want to talk about it anymore.

Joel, I really questioned this person's business skills, when I asked for a refund of the deposit he told me Mercury contacts don't refund deposit/broker fees, but that's not what it says on the official website. It says on the website that if the car is not picked up on the pick up date within 3 days, the customer can get a full refund.

But I haven't heard anything from Joel since 3.1 when I asked for a refund of my deposit. He didn't apologize in any way and didn't even think it was a mistake in his work.

I just want to ask if someone can handle my refund now? Who should I seek help from?

Mercury Auto will have my business and anybody I know needs their service for life. Jim Godze was with me every step of the way, even up until My Car, 'My Baby', was picked up. He quickly responded and was so helpful and fast..He had exceptional customer service and took care of everything in no time at all. Did I mention it was cheaper than I thought and cheaper than what I was quoted with the other companies. Thank You So Much Jim Godze You Were Amazingly Awesome!!! Thank You Mercury Auto.

Mercury Auto did an excellent job transporting my vehicle. William Kuchtiak and June Carroll were excellent communicators from beginning to end and the transporters were had wonderful attitudes. Collectively, they took great care of my Mazda, picking up and delivering on time.

This is actually my second time working with Mercury Auto. They shipped my truck from GA to WA back in 2019, and back to GA recently. From initial quote to carrier pickup to delivery was a smooth process. Jim Gozde and June gave me constant updates on available carriers, pickup windows, and payment process.
