Marty came on the weekend when the sensor on our new hot water heater was triggered by water in the pan. He diagnosed the problem as a plug in the air conditioner drain, which was shared with the heater. This caused a water back up to the heater line. He cleared the clog drained the water from the pans and turned the hot water back on. He was unable to reset the the sensor until it was completely dry. He arranged a follow up visit to reset the sensor. That was done successfully. He was very professional and concerned about getting the problem solved.
Ed S. was great! He was very helpful and very informative. My husband and I are first time home owners, and Ed gave us additional tips than what the purpose of the call was for (I.e what light bulbs will burn out a switch quicker, GFI outlets etc). Ed was very professional and punctual. Ed knew what he was talking about and did NOT try and get you to spend more money than was necessary. Overall we had a great experience with McHales and won't go anywhere else for electrical work!
I care for a severe dementia patient and had a serious pipe burst throwing everything in the house into chaos. McHale's field tech came within a half hour of our call and fixed the leak and helped us avoid a costly ceiling collapse. I would recommend this company to ANYBODY. Love McHale’s. A tech came the same day to diagnosis my leaking water heater, then drained and replaced it quickly. It was old and beyond repair. The price was good, and the work guaranteed. We would definitely use McHale’s again.
