      Run the other way! If you are looking to spend your hard or earned money on a new bed, DO NOT DO IT HERE! We purchased a bed over $5,000, 8 months ago. It now is showing a defect. Huge hump in the middle. Have called and called the location by Southpointe Mall and could not get an answer. Finally went in and was told that unless we could produce our original sales receipt we could not file a claim (and that it takes 3 months to do so). When I questioned there records the mgr told me that they do not keep records at all. No computerized and nothing in the file cabinet behind her. Said the proof was our burden. I asked for her name and her district mgrs name and she told me that she did not have to give that information to me. Told me if I did not leave the store she would call the police. Truth of the matter is this is not where you want to spend your money no matter how good the price may look. A deal is only a deal if they stand behind there product and they clearly do not. Please do not find yourself in our position. Nice folks, until they get your money and you have a problem. Run the other way!
