        Overall

        Absolutely Horrible Company! DO NOT Use them or deal with them. I had to use them because that's who my home warranty company contracted with. They never made their appointment windows, and they never return calls. They somehow lost the part they had to order for my washer!

        Horrible!!!! Started "fixing" my stove in May it is now July still not finished won't return calls and now refuses to finish fixing stove even though they are contracted with the home warranty people to fix it. The person that answers the phone probably the owners wife is hateful and rude. Customer service is not even in their vocabulary. Be warned when using this company
