Manhattan Elite Prep assigned me Adam as a tutor and he was amazing. Here I was, 10+ years out of college and never really great with math to begin with, trying to learn this monstrous amount of information in a very short amount of time. Adam was patient, helpful, and explained things as many times as I needed for them to sink in. I was so anxious about the GRE, and Adam helped me calm many of those anxieties. I did very well on my essays and my qualitative portions. I did well enough on the quantitative, considering how long it'd been since I'd done more than calculated a tip on a dinner bill. Thanks to Adam's help, I did well enough on my GRE to be accepted to my graduate school of choice! I couldn't recommend him enough!

Manhattan Elite Prep has been nothing less than amazing! I am so glad I decided to prepare for the GMAT with them. I paid for an online course in 2012 but could not take it because I was too busy working a million hours in NYC. Almost 2 years later, I am living in an entirely different country with terrible wifi connection, and MEP has done everything they can to help me take the course smoothly. They are very prompt with answering emails and have gone above and beyond to help me prepare for this test. Not to mention, the online course is great! The classes are small and I have received plenty of individual attention from the professor. I have learned so much about what to pay close attention to in each question and answer type, plus they have provided me with an unbelievable amount of practice material and guidance for the exam. My time with Manhattan Elite Prep actually began in India when I enrolled in an 8 week course. Due to the travel commitments of my job at the time, I was unable to complete the course to satisfaction. Upon returning to New York, I decided to enroll in the course again and had Mr. Lana as my teacher covering the Quantitative section of the test. I found he was able to explain the structure of the test very well, and along with the many strategy tips he provided, I was able to formulate an effective strategy for myself which gave me pleasing results on the test. More than other GMAT teachers I had, Mr. Lana was the most able in terms of breaking down complex problems into simple steps and pointing out effective time saving strategies. Interaction from the students was encouraged and students were often asked to explain how they did problems on their own - this often led to a rewarding feeling when I was able to complete a problem in a timely fashion and explain to others how to solve the problem. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience and I believe I owe my high score on the test (700) to Mr. Lana's patience and willingness to help students through any problem. Thank you!
