I contacted M & M Roofing for a roofing repair I needed at my Home on Meeks St, SAT. After a few days representative of this company (Chance) came and did all he could to stop the leak around one of my skylights but he noted and informed that it would require further repair. He had one of his roofers (Fred) and his assistant come out the next day and they repaired and sealed my roof. The price for the job was very good and the roofer did an excellent job. We had M&M replace about half of our flat roof and when Gary Loyd discovered that a portion of it had not been installed to provide proper runoff, they took that entire portion off and re-roofed it. My husband and I could not believe it. They could have done a jury-rig fix but Gary elected to completely re-roof that portion of our home. What a sense of security that has given us, knowing it won't cave in or "pond" and knowing that we are dealing with a company that supports the high integrity of its employees.



We are talking with Gary now about new windows. I know we can't lose doing business with M&M Roofing.

I am not a person who writes reviews, but with so many Roofing Contractors to choose from, if I can help one homeowner in the process make a sound decision, then this review is worth it.



After receiving several estimates I decided to trust M&M Roofing to replace my roof for several reasons. The presentation from my sales associate Mr. LeGrant was excellent and the materials provided (estimate, company services, credentials etc...) was thorough. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained every detail. My plan was to pay for the roof myself, because of the age (18 years); it was simply time to replace it. He also suggested that I contact my Insurance company and offered to meet my insurance adjuster. I set up the claim, he coordinated a time with my insurance company and my claim was approved. This was an unexpected benefit, which I believe is a direct result of Mr. LeGrant's expertise and concern for his customer.



In my opinion, Mr. LeGrant went above and beyond what I would expect from a contractor. He genuinely wanted to help and it showed; where other contractors simply want my business/money. In addition, he made suggestions, which resulted in me getting even more than I expected; a better roof and a Life-time Transferable Warranty. The roofing crew work was on time, courteous, professional, and exceeded my expectations. My roof was completed in one day, and the clean up was thorough.



M&M Roofing is definitely a company you can trust. I did and I could not be more please with the results!

We contacted four roofers to provide us with quotes. M & M was very professional from the start and even worked with us when we got our Ins company involved. they completed the job from start to finish in a timely manner and exceeded our expectations. Great Company!

The company representative, Ben Goodale, was responsive and available to answer all of our questions and concerns. He presented the product and services in a manner that helped us feel very comfortable about doing business with M&M Roofing. Everything was up front with no surprises.



Due to rain we had to delay installation, but when a window opened up the installers were here early Saturday morning and finished on Sunday afternoon. They were very willing to stop and answer any questions I had about the installation and the materials being used. When done installing the roof they cleaned everything before leaving.



Overall, I am very pleased with the job M&M Roofing did and would not have any doubts about recommending to anyone.

My eaves needed a repair due to the poor installation of a ridge vent by a nationally known company. I called in to a local Saturday morning radio home show and they recommended M&M Roofing. Gary came out and the repair was completed quickly and professionally. I then learned M&M also installs roof vents, radiant barrier, insulation, etc and they were much better priced with a longer history in the market. When my roof was damaged by hail a few months later I called M&M first. The quality of my roof, the experience and professionalism of the supervisor and the roofing crew were wonderful! My roof was intalled professionally, efficiently and quickly in one day. When they were done my house and yard looked better than when they came. Not only do I love my roof but my neighbors have all commented on the results.



You can bet I will call M&M first no matter what I need. If they can't do it I am confident they will point me in the right direction!

M & M recently installed three energy efficient windows in our 47 year old home. The windows are visually attractive and energy efficient (U-Factor of 0.30, Solar Heat Gain Coefficient of 0.18, and Visible Transmittance of 0.35). The rooms where the windows were installed are noticeably cooler. Customer service was excellent. A problem occurred during installation, but was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I do not hesitate to recommend M & M for energy efficient window replacement.

M and M Roofing did a great job on our roof. They were courteous and professional along with affordable. We appreciate so much their willingness to work with our roof situation -- which was not easy. A previous roofing company had botched part of the job of repairing our roof. M and M not only fixed up the roof mistakes the other company made, but they did a wonderful job making it all look like the same roof (rather than mix match). Again, we are very thankful to M & M for such good work. It is hard to find good craftsmanship these days but M & M are some fo the good guys in roof repair.
