I wanted everyone to know about my GREAT expierence at M&M ORTHODONTICS.
1st the of all the front desk ladies are always nice and very welcoming everytime I am there and now to make things even better I they have us a wonderful set up in the lobby of coffee..YUMMY :P
The Dr. has always given me the best advice for my child while she has been in braces and my child always has nothing but good things to say about him. And for the Assistants every single 1 of them is always willing to go that extra mile to make that my child is comfortable and thank you for all your wonderful services!!!!!

This was my second visit at M&M and both visits were excellent. All the ladies at front desk are very helpful and i really loved peggy! shes awesome and made me feel very comfortable. I will be recommending my family and friends.

They have such a wonderful staff that will take care of you. Also help with making reasonable payments and arrangements.

That this is the best Orthondtics around. I love the staff they are amazing, friendly and helpful! They make you feel so welcomed like family!! I love this place!! They are affordable and love the easy payments. Oh yes and the doctors are amazing!! I love how every one can joke around including the doctor. I always leave with a smile on my face!! I recommend this place to everyone at work and to others that ask where I got my braces!! They have several locations which make it convient for you to stop by any location if you have an emergency!! I love this place glad I came here!!!

The staff and the doctors have really changed my life. The smile that is being created with the help of this wonderful Team of people has given me the confidence that I didn't know that I had. Don't get fooled by all these glowing reviews about M and M (It's their employees who are writing the great reviews) My child was one of the THOUSANDS of kids that were dumped by them after they got into trouble with medicaid. They had the worst customer service and only cared about the money they received from the state for doing what my new orthodontist said was below average care of my child. Now that they need money they are pretending that they care about the patients. Here's a link to the news report about their problems with medicaid.

I am a patient at M&M i have been going to the office for a year. I just got my braces off and love my smile!!! I really wanted to thank all the staff and Dr. Malone for being so nice and helpful to me the time i was going there!! I will send all my family and friend there as well! Great job!

Please please do NOT go here. They DO herd like cattle and they are so rude!

Stay Away ..... customer service is very poor. Not willing to help me out with answering questions I had. Will go somewhere else.

Love my smile! My experience with M & M has been great. They are very busy and see a lot of patients. I take as they are good so they stay very busy. You can expect some wait time at times but it is worth it.

Very good orthodontist at a reasonable cost. The office is very clean and efficient. My children and myself are very pleased with M & M Orthodontics. In this economy, we all look for a good deal and great results. Well, you get both here.

I visited several orthodontic and dental offices and got the best price at M & M with no interest financing. I have been very happy with the treatment as well. If you want good care and low prices, this is the place to be!

Friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors! We moved and I had to take my son from the Braun location to the DeZavala office. I was very pleased how helpful they were. We have had a great experience in both offices and have liked both doctors.

I have not stopped smiling since I got my braces off! This is somesthing I had been wanted to do for myself for a long time. I am so glad I did it. It was well worth the time and the money. M & M has caring staff who made me feel comfortable and informed. I will recommend them to all my friends.

I took my daughter to the newer office at Braun and it went very well. I'm not sure where all the other negative comments come from but it was probably at the older offices. They are really busy in the afternoon and only open two days a week right now but my daughters teeth look great so far. They have a new doctor at the office and he's really nice and was always available if we had questions.



They are definately more affordable than the other orthodontists but I think the results are just as good. I have no problem recommending this place to my friends.

Like the other reviewee stated, It started out great and then it went downhill quickly! I paid quite a bit of money to have a straight smile, they took my braces off three-four months early, which I thought meant my teeth were perfect....not! I was given my retainers, and sent on my way. My top teeth have shifted dramatically, even wearing my retainers religiously, and now I've developed a pretty bad case of TMJ. My jaw pops every time I open my mouth and it's very uncomfortable. I can no longer put my upper retainer on due to the pain that it causes my gums. I don't even want to take the chance and go back, I'll find somewhere else that actually cares about their patients. The techs did ALL of the work, the Dr. would just walk by and say "yep that looks good" and continue on to the next patient. They are in the business of making money.

The doctors do not care about their patience only what is going on in their personal lives...."patient what patient?" I am suprised my daughter did not grow old and her teeth fallen out for as long as we had to wait. Absolutely ridiculous, oh and ORTHODONTISTS that have non life threatening situations, DO NOT need to answer their cell phones while treating a patient!!!!! Terrible Horrible Service!!!!!!!!

When my daughters first started off, this office was great! (Portranco Office). Things ran ON TIME and the overall experience was great. Roughly 6 months later, it appeared that their number of patients increased immensely therefore causing things to run AT LEAST 30 minutes late (yet they want you to be on time), not to mention that the waiting area was packed all the time (I guess 1 child has the appointment but the parent likes to bring the whole family). It was standing room only a lot of times. I had actually paid my daughters bill early but when it came time for her braces to come off, there was a "final payment" due. This was for her retainers. Here is my problem, when I asked for a "Final Payment", I expected just that. Not a final payment and then another "final payment". In today's economy, most of us need to budget. I really didn't have the extra $185 to pay for her retainer and when I brought this up, and I told them I was moving, they said, "well you can fly her back for another appointment". Fly her back? Are you serious? OH...and my other daughter, when she received her retainer, her gums were severely swollen. Well after the swelling went down, her retainers no longer fit right and she was spitting her salivia everywhere yet M & M Orthodontics did not want to do another mold and get her some new retainers. I even offered to pay and they just said she would be fine. Needless to say, if I thought treatment was going to end up so poorly, I would have NEVER started treatment with them.
