Lucky Transport

I was involved in am accident with one of lucky towings truck drives when he pulled over he would not give me any info or even his name. I called the company and the owner said he would meet me 3 separate times all 3 times he was never there the guy who hit me is saying he didn't. But lucky for me i have a witness. They are all liars

This company is by far the WORST company I've ever done business with! As a small business owner myself I'm disgusted with their lack of knowledge, common sense and customer service. I'm shocked they are still in business with almost 9/10 AWFUL reviews on the internet, but then again it looks like their out on the "hunt" for cars to be towed away---- They try and try and TRY sooooooo hard to find a reason to keep your vehicle and make it nearly impossible to get it picked up. I know times are tough and the economy is sh*t but come on people- $100 after hours fee for it being a SATURDAY @ 2pm ?!?!? and STILL wasn't able to take possession of the vehicle. They are a scam company and I look forward to writing a review EVERYWHERE I find their name on the internet so that YOU wont be a victim of their sneaky ways! Stay far far far away!!!!!

I called Lucky Towing to jump start my car one evening (big mistake). When the driver arrived, he hooked up the jumper cables to my car and found out that his batteries weren't working and that he'd have to call another driver to come out. While waiting for the next driver to arrive, he handed me a $75 invoice for him showing up! I said I'm not going to pay this, because your equipment wasn't working. He said it didn't matter, if they touch a customer's vehicle it's automatically a $75 fee. He said if I didn't pay they would take my vehicle to their impound lot. I was furious! This company operates under unfair and very shady business practices.
