I tried fixing the roof myself but all I got was my leg all scratched and bruised and a few tiles broken. It's a job I don't really feel like doing again. I'm glad I have found them to come do a state of art job for such a good price. I'm letting everyone know of how well it went because they really deserve a recommendation.
At first we thought the noise was just bats, Then water started dripping. Then we realized we had a problem and then who to call? Friends advised us to call them and then we are so happy with the job done it compelled us to come here and tell others. Take our recommendation.
These guys go above and beyond to get a good service done. We had them to install our roof a while back and then called again a bit more recently to have an inspection done, both times they amazed us with their efficiency and expertise. We give their name and phone to anyone who asks!
THIS IS NOT A REAL ROOFING COMPANY!!! THIS IS A FRONT FOR HOME ADVISOR. I work for a local (Reno/Sparks, NV) commercial roofing company that does not do residential work and this company keeps forwarding people to our phone number despite us telling Home Advisor many times that we don't do residential work. This "Loyal Roofing"'s website definitely is being made to look like a real roofing company and it is NOT. It's not technically a scam, more a middle man situation, but certainly not honest! I'm trying to figure out a way to report them to BBB or find other sites like Yelp, Google etc to add reviews/warn people/report them but of course they aren't listed on much else. DO NOT USE!
So, after reading a couple of negative reviews, I still decided to contact this company to get a roof replacement estimate. Here's how it went:
You call Loyal Roofing which is nothing more than a referral 800 line. They connected me with 1800-remodel who in turn set up an appointment for the next day. Kinda shady right? Well keep going. So a few hours later, I get a call from a man from 1800-remodel saying he was confirming the appointment and would BOTH my husband and I be there? WHAT???, I say, no. In fact, I own this house and I don't need to have a husband present to make a decision about this repair. He goes on to say how the guy is coming from a city about 60 miles away. Okay, but what does that have to do with it? I cancel EVERYTHING. Think best to find someone more LOCAL, a company with a local warranty etc. PS: I'm a full-grown woman and don't appreciate the fact that a man was required to be here with me in order to make a financial decision about a GD roof! So F you!
