Missed recycling day and 3 subsequent reschedules. By the 4th day we called to inquire as to what the issue was; we were informed that the crew responsible for our pickup advised they picked it up on 04/19. They lied because I work from home and never saw the truck come pass the house. We are now into the latter part of the 2nd week and the issue is still unresolved. We have been "escalated" 5 times now... today is 04/27 and no member of management is willing to take 5 minutes and discuss the issue. I waited on hold for 29 minutes in efforts to speak with the boss of the supervisors to no avail. Horrible service - no accountability - failed customer service. If we could report a zero, we would. Would not recommend this company for services to anyone.
Do not use this company. The dumpster that was ordered arrived on time and I was charged $415 on my credit card. 2 weeks later I see another charge for $560 from them on my credit card; I didn’t give them permission to charge this additional amount and they didn’t bother sending me any sort of invoice, or receipt explaining the additional charge. I called them and they’re alleging that our dumpster went over the tonnage by 5 times hence the additional charge, but this isn’t possible given what I was dumping. Still waiting on them to provide proof with the weigh ticket. Do not use this company.
This business is extremely shady. I ordered a dumpster for some wood material from a back yard. It was delivered on time but after I had it picked up, they billed me for over $200 of overages. There is no possible way I even came close to the weight limit. When I called to ask about it, they said they made a mistake and switched my ticket with another customer at the landfill. I have email and phoned them no less than 10 times asking for a receipt of proof. Still waiting..... I would advise anyone to stay away from this business. They are extremely unethical.

I called to order a 15 yrd dumpster for next day delivery. I went through the entire process, gave my credit card number and received confirmation the order was placed. The next morning came and no dumpster was delivered. After 3 calls and voicemails over a 1.5 hour period Latoya finally called me back with the news that no dumpster was available.
She called at 11 am, this was 3 hours after the dumpster was suppose to be delivered.
When I asked why no one called to tell me the order could not be fulfilled she said she just found out. I don't think that is true. I think they finally listened to my voicemails and realized a dumpster was not delivered.
So instead of a Tuesday delivery, as ordered, we would not be able to get the dumpster delivered until Friday. Which will not work as our crew was waiting at the house to work.
Horrible communication!!! DO NOT USE! We are a commercial masonry business. I called them for a same-day Roloff dumpster early in the day . I called multiple times for ETA, they kept telling me to keep calling back but they should have one shortly ; guaranteed it would be there same day! At 430 in the afternoon still had no dumpster and was told it wouldn't be until the next day when I called. As I have men waiting onsite for it. They could still not give me an ETA for the next day. I talked to multiple people took their names and the numbers waited for a call back for ETA for the next day, I never received one !
I called again and was told the delivery day was pushed back till Friday which is three days later than what I needed, AND they had already charged my card after they told me it was going to be next day .. This is not OK they cost my company thousands of dollars by guaranteeing service, charging my card and doing nothing to remedy the problem. The worst company I've ever Used!! BEWARE!!
This "business" is disturbingly shabby. I contracted with them for a ten yard roll off Dumpster, and a wooden cart was delivered to my driveway. When I complained that it was unusable, the local company retrieved their cart, unused, and credited my card. About two weeks later, LDR rebilled my card despite the fact that I never received any services whatsoever from them or their local partner. Beware - they will promise you anything to get your information, and then you're at their mercy. They are relentless in their billing practices. Unfortunately, they have no interest in providing good - or any - value to the customer.
