        Overall

        i called today because me company owns several apartments. whe have 4 of them right now that need to be cleaned and we were calling so they could give us a quote for them. but the person who attended the phone was so rude. we decided not to work with them and went ahead with kleen dry.

        me recomendation to this company. go and get a customer service course. you customer servic sucks. and thats why you have just lost the bussines of 11 two bedroom apartments
