Our limo was 40 minutes late and when I tried calling the company nobody answered. Went to the office and they said I was calling the wrong number, when the number cane straight from the contract they gave me. Very disappointed. To top it off the limo was old and had duct tape to hold things together.
During our evening out the limo got a flat tire, the company had a replacement limo really fast, They gave us a bigger limo, we went to go eat, when it was time to pay the bill , the restaurant people said that the limo company had paid a part of the bill, also they gave us 2 free hours, thank you
Hard to get ahold of owner when things went bad. Would not recommend. They could of done a better job if they would have someone with authority return a customers calls. You would think after a week a owner or manager would be available.

I was very dissapointed with this company. I called got price.Gave them credit card for deposit. They faxed over the contract. The contract was outrageous so I called them THE VERY NEXT DAY and andvised them I didn't agree. They told me they could not refund me (even though at that time I had not sign anything). I have tried to get ahold of the manager and per them "out of the office" (even thought I have been dealing with the owner because I reconized the voice and name from their website). I am going on a week not that hes not available. I am taking further steps to resolve this issue. Very bad business.
AT LIMO ONE, EVERY CUSTOMER IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US. WE HAVE THOUSANDS OF CUSTUMERS. ON THIS ISSUE THE CUSTOMER CALLED AND ORDERED A LIMO. 2 DAYS LATER SHE CALLS TO CANCEL. THE CUSTOMER SAID THAT SHE DID NOT HAVE AS MUCH MONEY NOW. WE OFFERED HER TO GET LESS HOURS OR MAYBE GETTING A LESS EXPENSIVE LIMO. NO WAS THE ANSWER TO EVERY THING. WE TOOK A DEPOSIT BUT GAVE IT BACK. WE UNDERSTOOD THAT SHE WAS NOT SERIOUS ABOUT RENTING A LIMO.
