I am very pleased with the service and work I received. Brian was very helpful and understanding with a big plumbing problem. Lighten Up replaced my entire water supply line. They did a great job and my new copper water supply line has no leaks. I definitely recommend Brian. He is the best! We did have a problem with a permit, but Brian took care of that. (If your city requires a permit, make sure one is obtained.)

We strongly recommend Lighten Up Electric and Plumbing. We had a major problem with our drains not draining, and the dishwasher suddenly flooded the kitchen floor. We called on Monday, and they arrived that very morning. It was a complicated problem and the 3 gentlemen with Lighten Up worked diligently until 6:00 pm. One tech even sprayed the kitchen floor with a cleaner, and swabbed it down. It turned out to be a 2-day project. They were very courteous, arrived on time, called ahead and thoroughly explained everything. We were able to view the problem when they put a camera locator into the pipe.

I couldn't have asked for a better company. Technician showed up on time- even called me to let me know he was on his way. He gave me the price before anything was done. He even went out of his way to make conversation with my husband who is the light of my life. Great service, reputable company and respectful young men.

Had what I thought was relatively light plumbing and electrical required. Install a sink, garbage disposal, a couple of light and a couple of ceiling fans. The gentlemen showed up on-time and were courteous - but the quote for these items was almost $2500.00. I said no thanks. Ended up getting the jobs done by two other well rated companies for $730.00 total for all work. Not sure how Lighten Up determines their costs, but they're not remotely competitive. Absurd pricing as it turns out.

I found the company online and asked for a quote. Within 5 minutes I received a call from Lighten Up. They gave me a great time frame of when they would get to my house. They also called 45 minutes before the technician was going to arrive. When Tim N. arrived he was very courteous and professional. I told him what my electrical issues were and he walked me through step-by-step of what he was going to do to get the problem fixed. He was upfront with how much it was going to cost, so there were no surprises. Tim worked very quickly and let me know of any issues he came across. Once he was done, he told me if there were any other issues to not hesitate and call them back, because they stand by their work. Tim did an amazing job for me and I would recommend him to work on anyone's electrical issues.
