Great Service - Fair Price



I lost all power to my car while on the freeway and limped into a business parking lot. Called 24/7 for a tow. Had to wait a bit longer than quoted for the driver to arrive but not long. Reuben arrived with a smile on his face and a cheery disposition. He was terrific and very accommodating to my needs! The whole mess was taken care of in under an hour and at a reasonable price. I will certainly use this company again when the need arises.

24/7 technician that showed up to tow my car was professional, honest, and charged me what was quoted by the customer service representative - $65.00.



The24/7 technician was bi-lingual (spanish/english) and spoke clearly.

I CALLED DIRECTLY TO 24/7 VALLEY WIDE AND HE ONLY CHARGED ME $65.00 TO CHANGE MY TIRE. THE DRIVER THAT RECIEVED MY CALL WAS VERY HELPFUL AND I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING HE SAID. I LOVED 24/7 VALLEYWIDE TOWING AND I WOULD DEFINITY CALL THEM AGAIN.

I got a driver sent out to help me that spoke very litttle English, and was difficult to deal with, even though I am sure he is a nice person. It was very confusing to try and work out the details of the operation, and to meet up and go retrieve my vehicle.

I was billed $360 for towing my vehicle to the repair shop that was less than 30 miles from where they picked up my car. This price is exhorbitant in my experience, and way too much to pay for the services rendered. I would recommend calling some one other than this operator, if at all possible.
