This was my first time working with a dealer and I had a low expectations coming in. This dealer completely changed my perception of what a dealership should be. They were extremely accommodating and support a low pressure buying experience. I will definitely return to them in the future. My father sold his car at repokar and aims to buy the new one here.
Horrible, terrible customer service. These jokers are disrespectful and outright the worst dealer Ive ever been to. They treat you like you're 12 and it's a privilege to be looking at their cars. Did not take me seriously and even the sales manager blew me off even though I literally could have paid cash for any car on the lot including a Z06. Simply the worst GM dealer I've ever been to.
Les Stanford is the worst delearship I have ever been to. Brian, the manager verbally promised me what he was going to fix/ repair on my car. Then he refused to put it in writing. Then of course he didn't follow through with his promise. He is pittiful. I had to wait in his lobby over two hours because my car was not ready on time so I missed work. Then when he showed me my car the body work was so bad he promised in writing what he would redo. Then when I called him the folliwing Monday, he said no, were not responsible for that.
Go anywhere but Les Stanford! I have had my car repaired at Lou La Riche in Plymouth and they did an excellent job!
My car was in they're body shop for two weeks and they still didn't finish the repairs even when Brian, the manager said my car was ready. A week after my car was towed to Les Stanford, Brian refused to repair what he verbally told me he would be fixing on my car and refused to put it in writing. Then when I went to pick my car up, the body work was so bad Brian said for me to bring my car back he would fix it. Then the following Monday when I did, he said "no, we didnt have to fix that anyway". He was clueless as to what needed to be fixed even with my work order in his hand.
My car was also not ready on time and I had to wait in their lobby for 2 hours and miss work. Les Stanford was paid $5000 for my repair and they did nothing that I can see. Very poor job! I have been to Lou La Riche to have my car repaired and they did a superb job and their customer service is very professional. Save yourself some aggravation and go there! I do not know anyone personally at Lou La Riche that I am endorsing them.
My sales representative was Michelle Sladovich of Les Stanford Cadillac, I purchase my 2014 Cadillac Cts Coupe from the moment i walked into the dealership she had a warm spile on her face she is accommodating nice and knowledgeable answered all my questions ,took care of every detail, including registration, insurance, title license plate and sat in the car with me showing me all the features and their function including onstar keyless entry radio cd recording system turn by turn navigation hands free phone Michelle Sladovich is absolutely the best sales representative, she made the process of purchasing my new 2014 Cadillac Cts nice & easy, and enjoyable. If you are planing to lease or purchase a vehicle I highly recommend Les Stanford Cadillac

This is the worst place to take your car. I took my vehicle to them yesterday (8/15/2013), I noticed there was an excessive amount of tires strewn about the dealership service floor. I brought my vehicle in for tire balancing and check before embarking upon a trip to Florida. They immediately wrote up a bill for tires and told me I needed to pay $990 for 4 tires. I questioned this decision as I knew this was a lie because I just purchased this vehicle a year ago and this wasn't possible. They inform me that all of my tires were dry rotted. Now this isn't possible because this car is garage kept and I drive it to work every day. There is no way my tires were dry rotted! How deceitful these people are! I took my vehicle to Matick Chevrolet and they performed all the work on my vehicle and NEVER once mentioned the fact that I needed 4 NEW tires. Such deceit----of Les Stanford employees! I will NEVER ever bring any of my 4 vehicles to this company ever again. Sorry Les Stanford due to the trickery and deceit of this dealership You people have lost a valuable customer and I will tell everyone that I know and even those who I don't know "NOT TO EVER GO TO LES STANFORD" Sorry u people bought too many tires and have to lie to your customers and get them sold U will not prevail, hopefully people will read all of the reviews i'm gonna write and the word of mouth that I will spread to others and hopefully your dealership service department will be history!
I took my vehicle in for service and they charged me $492. They were suppose to fix the two sensors in the service center. I called the csp and he didn't even call me back, I went back up there after three phone calles with no response and was treated like WHATEVER. Finally, was told it will cost another $75 for thek to look at it. Really! No thanks LS. We've purchased to vehicles from them and wipl never go back again and if you need sevice, a minority, and a woman, you might want to reconsider.
Mu hubby and I have had hardships the last couple yrs due to the economic downfall and had to file for bankruptcy.. Now mind you it hasnt even been discharged for a yr yet but george from les standford worked wonders for us in getting us into a good quality used vehicle for me to get my kids to and from school safely. My experience with tis dealership was a very good one and I will certainly reccomend them and use them again myself.. and as for my vehicle.. it runs like new and looks beautiful still after 2 mnths.
I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership again. The employees are rude and unprofessional. The service department kept telling me nothing is wrong with my vehicle even though it wouldn't start. The managers refused to return my phone calls or even come out and talk to me when I was there in person. I definitely do not recommend doing business with this company!
From the moment I walked in until I left with my Z-06, I never had a better experience than at L.S.C. The salemans was extermely knowledgable, I had a deal on a car that should have sold at invoice, plus, I earned a rate below what I expected for financing. All this plus I felt they understood my needs as a female consumer. I will purchase from L.S.C. again.
My family and I have been purchasing cars from Les Stanford Chevrolet and Cadillac for years now and I would never venture to another dealership. I as a women have received first rate service not only from my sales person but also the service department, who will bend over backwards to make sure I am satified. I continue to receive excellent prices on my turn-ins and great deals on my new vehicles. I have sent many of my friends there and they too have been extremely happy and won't go anywhere else. If you are looking for a top-rate dealership I would recommend Les Stanford over and over.
This is not the place to shop for a Corvette or car at all for that matter! They play the good guy bad guy deal with the sales person being good. However, when you get the price they want to give you for a trade in (HOLD ON) because it will be next to nothing! But perhaps you feel as though you still may have gotten a great deal on the new car. YOU DIDN'T - LOOK AGAIN
