Lacombe's Wrecker Service

Been nightmare trying to get car out impound, a stupid mistake I only blame myself for..that being said, no one 'likes' tow companies if u didn't call them yourself, I'm sure they get a lot of misdirected hate simply for screwing up some1's day, even tho they are only answering a call for service (be mad @ the cops or business who towed u:) after hours @ DMV, racing across town between breaks @work & school to clear up the FORTUNE that was my suspension/no insurance reinstatement fee @DMV ($700) in BR, having to pick up a new plate in port Allen & then arriving RIGHT at close (4:45pm NOT 5) the office was locked & I was 20+miles from home & I wanted to cry right there. However, the lady answered the phone, drove back to the office & looked up my fee, even telling me I'd save money picking it up anytime the next day not having to pay the after hours fee. She was also very nice to me & I needed that right then. I don't know abt anyone else, the only tow co. I've ever dealt with was riverside towing and THEY ARE LITERALLY HORRIBLEEEEEE CROOKS...

They are completely unprofessional. Their business cards are unclear and do not include office hours, yet they get angry when you call during non-office hours. Then they continued to call us back and harass us after we apologized for calling at night. They were utterly rude and not helpful at all. I would recommend avoiding having to use them for any services.
