He is a scam artist. He did a job for me in carlsbad and I regret hiring them. They delayed my project drastically and had to call him dozens of times just to get a hold of him! After huge delays he said he would not come back unless I paid him another $900 on top of what we agreed to. Being in a bind, I agreed to this and paid him in full, only to find out 2 weeks later that he didn't pay his supplier almost $5000!!! Now the supplier can't get a hold of him and are trying to put a lean on my property!! Worst experience I have ever had...no matter what he quotes you, do not EVER work with this company or Robert Cosmano.
