They were 45 minutes late. Don't leave them alone in your house- they really left a mess. They left the wood floor scuffed and chemicals all over it. The mirror in closet even had chemicals dripping from it. I am not even sure they cleaned the carpet. We have to pay someone to come in and do it again. They also scratched up the wood on the bed baseboards. I am 60 years old and have had carpet cleaned twice a year and never have seen such a bad job. They did only charge us half because they were late, but honestly when you have to pay someone else it doesn't matter. Not sure if they were just having bad day, but won't ever use them again.

I had L&M come to clean my carpets in the living room & hallway. I didn't hold out much hope for getting the hallway clean due to a high traffic area that had turned dark because of heavy use. To my delight & amazement, the hallway looks like new & is now restored to the same uniform color as the rest of the carpet. And I won't have to replace it! As for the rest of the carpeting, it also turned out better than I had hoped. Gary & his technician Adam were thorough & timely; the dry-foam system has made me a believer & we could walk on the carpet immediately.

The work L&M were very professional and the floors dried quickly. They came back and recleaned were there was a stain on the floor three times till it came out. Thanks guys.

I can't say enough good things about L and M Carpet and Upholstery. They are awesome!!!!! Andy did a fabulous job getting stinky smells and dirty stains out of my carpet. I will definitely use them again.

We used "big box" cleaners for years but were unhappy with the customer service and results. L&M was on time, courteous, willing to move couch/chair, respectful of our pets. Gary and his crew added stairs and an area rug to our living area and we are THRILLED with the results. We are so happy we found them and will use them again and recommend them highly!

We called upon L&M on a whim basically to see what their quote would be for a home we had just purchased. I had emailed the team to get a general quote and was more then pleased (and surprised) to see that they had come in WELL under $400-$500 as compared to other carpet cleaners in the area. The team at L&M was not only easy to chat with, they were on time, dependable, left the carpets looking practically brand new, and quick to do the work! My experience in the past with other companies and DIY cleaning was a strong, flowery, detergent smell left in my house for days if not weeks. The cleaning materials Gary and his team use are extremely pleasant and light. My friends complimented on the pleasant aroma for DAYS after the cleaning. I was just amazed. I called Gary and the L&M team back to come and clean my townhouse the next week. Again, the service was incredible. The carpets look brand new, My Landlord was thrilled!



Gary and his team at L&M are now in my speed dial and I will call them again as soon as my carpets need to be cleaned.

We moved into a new house and the carpets were filthy due to the previous homeowners and their dogs. Garry, Nick and Nick from L & M worked hard to make the carpets look and smell like new which was no easy task. We are very please with their hard work and dedication to do a job well done with no questions asked. Customer service and good work like this is very hard to find these days!!! We will definitely be using L & M again when we need our carpets cleaned.

Nick and Nick did a fantastic job explaining how the procees of the carpet cleaning products break the the bactiera in the carpet. They worked well together and did an awesome job! I would recommend them to all my friends. Thanks for all that you do! Great job!
