Kenetics towing saved my day, happened to be I broke a drive axle, stranded in the middle for USA parking lot. They came in 10mins very professional on arrival unlike other companies ive dealt with.

Kinetic towing went above and beyond when my car broke down on the Northway during rush hour traffic. Not only did they answer my call to them right away and reassure me they could help me out, but they responded promptly. I would highly recommend Kinetic Towing to anyone and everyone. Not only are they pleasant to deal with, but they respond quickly and efficiently!
bad business. They will rip you off. Stay away. Sleazy business. My number is 5187202194 The lady on the phone was very nasty and sound uneducated. Imagine buying there auction cars that they don't put a dime in. Lemons. Very sleazy company. Stay away. Bootleg company and vehicles. Rip off report. Put a flat tire on my car. And said $20 to put air in the tire. Through GEICO. Tire is bent and I'm reporting them to the better business for fraudulent business and scams. Very unprofessional people. Everyone of your reviews are going to see me telling the truth. Y'all just awoke a sleeping giant. Relax this is just the beginning. Time to hunt everything that reviews your sleazy company.
They have the worst customer service. After they towed my vehicle they asked for my driver’s license to make a photocopy. Next day I noticed they never returned my license. I called the next day and the female that answer the phone said that there is nothing she could do...I drove to their office (unannounced) and knocked on their door and there was one of their drivers watching TV. He first said that they did not have my driver’s license, but after I insisted somehow he found it.
I usually don't write any negative reviews, but this people just have the worst service.
My husband and i were stranded he called our car insurance company to send assistance to get towed home my insurance company accidentally told them we need a tire change but we needed to get towed home which was 5 mins away 730 this am the guy they sent was nice he said it was an easy fixjust have geico fax a paper over to their office saying they wanted to be towed so we didthat his boss called him and said no he didn't want him to do that because it was to far so then my husband just ok then just take me home which was 5 mins away he then said no because of rush hour so the guy left and my husband was stranded there for 2 more hours missed work and they ended up sending the same guy! Once tge guy got there he apologized and said I don't know why they didn't just let me tow you. Plus my husband missed work crappy company poor customer service
I would recommend this company for numerous reason. I was broken down on the side of the northway and i had no idea what was wrong with my car. I called them and they were quick to get me, gave me a fantastic price and even recommended me to a good mechanic to get my car fixed. I would call them next time in a heart beat!
