I read a negative review and a positive review on this company as I evaluated the company I would contact to service my sprinkler system. I selected this company because of the professional response to the negative review. I was not disappointed in the quality and professionalism of my technician, John Hofer. He was very knowledgeable and persistent in excessive heat - 105 degrees for most of the time he was working. He was thorough and did not leave until everything was operating at 100%. His invoice was very reasonable for a full day's work including parts. My check to him included a $200 tip because I felt he was worthy of a personal reward. He made my day. This will be my permanent sprinkler system technician. I had never met him or dealt with his company prior.
