I have been looking for a carpenter, I ran accross this guy who was a complete idiot from the start of the conversation. I could not get a word in edgewise, with out him telling me how he would like to be paid and he domnt trust management companies, and so on.. He was rude and over talked me.. what surprises me is he kept comparing me to other management companies, I had to literally hang the phone up on him.... to get him off the phone.. first impressions are the last impression.. peace dude! what nut case. This is one relationship I dont need, neither do you.
