I would have rated a negative if available. I went to this location for the first time to sell some top end items on consignment. I wanted to see how well things would sell before taking more items. I waited almost 2 months before returning, to find nothing had sold? I went back the next month as things must be picked up after 3 months, only to be told I had $40.00 but she was out of checks, to return next Friday for check and I could pick-up remaining items. Returned to find out owner was out of town, no check and when the lady working there tried to help me find my things, we found 1 Chico purse with a broken clasp (was in new condition when left), 3 items could not be found, but she said she would try to locate. I returned 2 weeks later when I could not reach them by phone to discover vacant building, no forwarding address and the landlord wasn't sure where she went? End of story, no check, broken purse and 3 items stolen.
I have to agree with stxgirl55. My experience there was very similar. Took in clothes, of course the most expensive ones went missing. They still had price tags on for more the $200. When I know for a fact she wore one of my pieces and would not pay me for it. Started yelling at me for no reason. Very bad customer service. Was a regular customer when the last owner was there. Will not be going back! If I could I would not even rate 1 star.
The owner took my items and several of them (including a Louis Vuitton purse!) went missing while in her possession. Other items of mine were Mis-tagged and she claimed didn't belong to me. One dress was altered to fit me, so I'm sure it was mine. She would not compensate me for any of my lost/stolen items. When I suggested it was her mistake, she acted horrified and asked me to leave, then threatened to call the cops on me. It's no way to run a business, and I certainly won't ever return. Too bad, since I've been one of her best customers for years.
