This business makes you wait for them to come out to your place, eliminating the ability to drop off your vehicle at their shop. I needed a new windshield so they gave me a 2 hour window late morning to noon the next day to come out to my house, so I canceled my AM appointments but kept my afternoon available for work. On the day of, the tech never showed so I called them at 2 pm just to be told they wouldn't make it out that day. I explained (nicely) that I had lost several hundred dollars by them making me lose a whole day of work. They offered to come out 2 days later at 9:30 am. I emphasized to them the importance of showing up on time or at least calling me if something came up, so I could get back to work. That day came and went and it's been over 72 hours and I still haven't heard from them or even received a courtesy call! I lost nearly 2 days work waiting on these people and still don't have my windshield replaced. Terrible company. Zero professionalism. Steer clear!

I just wanted to leave a good rating for ace windshield replacement. they came out to my home here in athens and did a great job on my windshield replacement. they were here and gone in less than an hour and the price was absolutely great. thanks a lot I'm sure I will use you again in the future.
