Jim & Dave's Appliance

When I talked to them on the phone they gave a quote of $64 less and said they could get the repair done right away. Then they came over and gave the higher quote and said the part would come in in 10 days because it just ran out of stock. I declined the repair because I didn't want to wait and the price was higher. I still had to pay for them to come out. I guess that this can happen, but I wish I didn't have to pay for that news.
